There is a small hotel "Kai Hotel Bar" on the territory, I have a rest there periodically, there is a paid parking.Very convenient.Despite the fact that the park with hotels is located in the city center, the territory is quiet and peaceful. And when there are concerts and exhibitions, it's more fun)))
