Cozy, chic, large guest house Eden. We were in Tskhinvali for the first time and we are very glad that we stayed in Eden. It's nice, the hostess takes care of the guests, there are disposable travel supplies. There are very beautiful chandeliers in the house, a huge kitchen, a huge living room, in which we learned to dance lezginka. Thank you for your hospitality.

We came to Tskhinval to take the oath of office to our son on June 28. We booked the Eden Hotel for three days. We were here for the first time. It's a very cozy place, you feel at home. The administrator, Tina, is an incredible soul, a man with a huge heart. She greeted us like family. She told me everything in detail, showed me, and calmed me down. Tina makes delicious homemade food. She fed not only us, but also our soldiers. If anyone is going to go to this city, no doubt stop in Eden, the name corresponds to the place. We didn't want to leave, and we will definitely return there.

Tina is not an honest woman, to put it mildly. We agreed on one price per room, but at the end of the day, it turned out that she made a mistake and charged us a large amount. The shamelessness of such people is at its height. She refused to give the number of the alleged owner, who demands payment for the rooms from her. The location is good, the cleanliness is 3. I do not recommend it, from the word at all..

I really liked it!!! We were here for a week- mountain biking, trekking… The country of South Ossetia is magnificent not only for its nature, but also for its hospitality! Very close to the city center, most of the attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel has a family holiday, after the excursions we returned neither to the hotel, but to our home!!! They came to their son for the oath from 12.01-16.01.2024. The room was booked on the way to Tskhinvali via Whatsapp. We were warmly welcomed and offered several rooms to choose from. We stayed in a triple room on the second floor. There are three rooms on the floor (2, 3 and 4 people), a hall with a large table and a seating area with satellite TV, wi-fi, a kitchen set with an electric kettle and a microwave, you can cook yourself or order from the hostess, they cook delicious. In the shower room there is an additional washing machine and a hairdryer. We had a good rest. We recommend the mini-hotel Eden.

Hospitable and polite staff, however, as well as the whole of South Ossetia. We rented a luxury room. The room has disposable slippers and all bathroom accessories. We came to our son for the oath on 06.08.2023 and it so happened that we did not have time to book anything in advance(.But on the way to the part we saw this hotel, and despite the fact that the time was 6.30, the hostess answered the call herself and welcomed us hospitably.We checked into a great 4-bed room.The room is cool, with new furniture, clean linen.The bathroom is also clean!The staff is friendly.They also cook very tasty here!If we manage to visit this city again, then we will definitely stay only There!!!
