Perfect service, nice location. It was great to know that we can have the doctor’s appointment even before our dedicated checkin time. But I’d like to get better approach in some of the procedures (asking questions, making sure it’s what the patient has been prescribed).

Place is overated, food is average no so tasty, place is amazing with the views, the hotel doesn't have AC in the rooms, staff at reception instead of listening to complaints argue with the guest. Bar doesn't work next to pool there is no drinking water around the Sauna area, definitely not worth the price compared to value you get from the other nearby hotels

I had an incredible time with my husband. The property is situated in a very picturesque location. The view from the room overlooking the canyon was breathtaking. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the stay, along with some treatments. The food was delicious, catering to everyone's taste. I also treated myself to a full-body massage, and I felt rejuvenated afterward. The hotel boasts an impressive gym and a lovely pool with a canyon view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Massages, lymphatic drainage pants, and beauty treatments are paid separately. Massage is done by several massage therapists, I can recommend Haiku (for those who need more than simple stroking). It is very convenient that you do not need to do any sancure.a map, but it's better to know your sores and contraindications. The first appointment and all appointments are made by experienced doctors. All the staff speaks Russian and are very friendly. The rooms correspond to the description and photos of the hotel. The food is good for both meat eaters and vegans, a variety of herbal teas, rosehip drinks, it's a pity there are no juices and a coffee machine. The drinking gallery is 12-15 minutes away. At a leisurely pace, in bad weather, you can drink water from the temopot at the hotel. Many families with children come on weekends and the pool becomes too small for comfortable swimming, vacationers from Olympia also come to the pool, there is not enough drying for swimsuits in the changing rooms (the hotel does not have a dryer on the balconies, there is an electric dryer in the bathroom). According to the weather: there was snow and rain at the end of April, the temperature difference with Yerevan is significant.

I had a rest in May, I really liked everything. There are well-mannered managers at the reception, everything is fast and attentive. The rooms are large, clean, daily cleaning, the maids are polite and smiling. My doctor is Hasmik, I went to her almost daily, she always found time for me and helped me. Special thanks to the girls who work on the procedures, attentive, positive, more than one of my wishes did not go unanswered, my special thanks to Gayane. Massage by the wonderful master Marina, I recommend it to everyone. Golden hands. I liked the peat and paraffin treatments, magnetic therapy, and the staff were also extremely attentive. Restaurants have food for every taste, lots of vegetables, cheese, cottage cheese, yoghurts, meat, chicken and fish dishes. I had enough. Nice pool. In the evening, you can relax and play board games, you have mastered backgammon, there is a beautiful view of the gorge in the recreation room, there are books and delicious Armenian coffee is brewed. I recommend going to Tatev, the reception will prompt you and help you organize. Once again, thanks a lot to everyone. Look forward to visiting me and my friends.

Jermuk Hotel and Spa is an absolute “top ten". Everything is perfect here: from friendly staff and fine cuisine to restorative treatments and stylish interiors. A special pleasure is to walk around the well—groomed territory, enjoying the mountain air. It's just a heavenly place. The hotel deserves its 5 stars: absolutely everything is at the highest level. I have extensive experience in sanatoriums (Kislovodsk, Karlovy Vary, Truskovets), while this spa hotel has exceeded all expectations! We rested for 13 days and didn't want to leave. Many thanks to every member of the team, all great professionals in their field, hospitable and kind people with a big heart! The food in the restaurant is simply divinely prepared - dishes for every taste! The rooms are very clean, the bed linen is snow-white and of excellent quality. The view from the room and from the hotel's terrace to the beautiful gorge with the Arpa river bubbling at its bottom and the mountains surrounded by pine trees. The atmosphere of a high-class resort. Prosperity and well-being to the hotel and to each of the people involved in its work! We will definitely come back next year.

After reading the reviews, we chose this sanatorium hotel and were very disappointed, I hope that my review will help you choose. I'll start with the pros: The Jermuk Hotel&Spa is located in a very picturesque location, the air and waters are clean, and there is a Drinking Water Gallery with 4 different temperatures about a 15-minute walk away. The Jermuk Hotel&Spa has a high level of waiter service and cleaning, the rooms are very clean (safe in the room, floor scales, cosmetic kit, dental kit, soap, shampoo and shower gel, shabby bathrobes, disposable slippers of good quality, kettle, tea and coffee bags). I would like to note that the doctor is a professional with extensive experience, very friendly. Of the cons: 1. It is stated that they do not smoke in the rooms (there is a large fine for this), but there are ashtrays on the balcony and when you want to breathe mountain air or the balcony is open in the evening before going to bed, you breathe nicotine and it is unbearable. It is also stated that food cannot be taken out of the restaurant, but people also take out everything. 2. When paying, we were told that they would give us a receipt in 2 days, as well as an extract, but they did not give us anything. 3. The biggest disappointment is the food, which resembles the fatty cuisine of the Soviet period, there are reviews below about meat or red fish, and it's true - you can't chew beef, red fish is not tasty (I tried it for the first time), everything looks beautiful, but it tastes terrible...🤦‍♀️ I talked to other visitors, they also said that the food does not correspond to the sanatorium - terribly overcooked fish or chicken, very fatty zucchini cutlets, it says "khinkali", but in fact these are dumplings, and they are made from tough, not tasty minced meat, even cucumbers the size of zucchini, tomatoes and fruits (cherries, apricots) we used to eat in Yerevan, they are sweet and large, but they are not delicious in Jermuk (this is true), even the pastries are all tasteless, or with greasy cream, or dry (mannikin, cake, etc.), none of the delicious dishes of Armenian cuisine were presented - neither lula, nor shish kebab, no gates.. It was very sad! 4. The treatment is presented in the form of physiotherapy treatment - the staff is different, it is far from high service - when I came, for example, to magnetic therapy, they could forget about me and start serving someone from "their own", or during treatment they could listen to how loudly they were talking on the phone (to the whole room) with the visitor via video call, someone was not in the mood, we talked through our teeth, and at the gum massage they told us to keep the supplied nozzle for the device (without antiseptic treatment) and bring it with us. I want to mention Gohar - always in the mood, ready to help, smiling, would set an example for everyone else! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel!

The gym is good, there are cardio and fitness equipment. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. We were at the end of April, there are people in the hotel, but not many, so it's comfortable in the restaurant for treatments and in the pool.

This is the most decent hotel and sanatorium in Jermuk - very friendly, customer-oriented staff, very pleasant medical staff, excellent massage therapist Marina, cool pool with panoramic windows and views of the gorge and the river, a good buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms for 4 are already dusty carpeting and not the most comfortable beds, but the nature around, the proximity of the waterfall compensates for this avoidable disadvantage.

I liked everything!! Air, water, nature, weather, people!!The rooms are clean, the bed, the towels are snow-white! The place is beautiful, the view from the balcony is great!!! Cleaning daily!! The gym is modern!!! ❤️‍🔥The food is good, the herbal teas are different, the waiters are very attentive and helpful!! but if you find fault ... then I would cook meat softer, red fish would be done differently!!! Excellent sanatorium, excellent service. Comfortable rooms, good cleaning every day. The room has everything you need from towels and a toothbrush to an iron and a hair dryer. The sanatorium has a good selection of wellness treatments, everything is prescribed by a doctor. There is a swimming pool with mountain views, sauna and Jacuzzi. There is also a good gym and a loft where you can sit, drink a cocktail, and play backgammon. A buffet with a selection of dishes for every taste. If you are unlucky with the weather, there are umbrellas at the reception. There is a parking lot next to the sanatorium. For an additional fee, you can book a massage, do an ultrasound, sit in a cedar barrel. I did a general massage, I regretted that I gave 10k drams. The duration is as desired by the massage therapist. Tact and professionalism also raise questions. Overall, it was the most massage of my life, and I have a lot of experience. But maybe it's a new technique like that. On the downside, I was surprised that there was no bottled water in the room. Only in the mini bar for a fee. This is definitely a sanatorium🤔 For such a price, you could have put some water in the room. But I won't lower my grade for that. The sanatorium is decent, everything is in good condition, the room stock is also clearly being monitored.

The best hotel in the city of Jermuk in my opinion and the opinion of the locals (this opinion is always very valuable). I won't describe the hotel for a long time, everything is fine here: spacious, cozy rooms; restaurant, great food, spa complex and sanatorium treatment! Everything here is 5+. The price-quality is beyond praise!!!! The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains. The small area around the hotel is comfortably equipped for walking. There is a playground. There are comfortable recreation areas on site. The restaurant has panoramic windows, respectful waiters, beautiful mountain views. In short, everything is aimed at creating the most pleasant rest and wellness for people. Thanks to the director of the hotel for providing top-level services. For Russian tourists: there is a VTB ATM near the hotel, near the drinking gallery in the city center. The town is small, there are several private grocery stores, and there is a pharmacy. Excursions and transfers are provided by the hotel, but you can book excursions and transfers from other tour operators. Due to the large number of spa treatments, it can dry the skin, take skin hydration with you! Thanks to the staff of the hotel for such a wonderful rest and recovery of health!!!!!

The hotel is located on the edge, so it's quiet and there's no music from the cafes, like in the grand resort. 15 minutes at a leisurely pace to the gallery with springs. There is also a convenient path along the river leading to the waterfall, which can be reached by taxi, a 30-minute walk, or by descending an iron staircase (for the extreme). Beautiful views from the rooms, everything is clean, well cleaned. The room has everything, including a foot towel, shower gel, shampoo and hair balm. There is also a brush and a small tube of paste, cotton swabs and a small nail file in an individual kit. A buffet with a large selection of dishes. The food was delicious and healthy, they were so full that they didn't even go to other cafes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they meet your wishes. Before the departure, we called several times with questions, and they patiently answered everything. This attitude of the staff is very valuable. A swimming pool with mountain views, a pleasant sauna, several terraces. All the nurses are very nice during the procedures. After a few days of treatment, the skin problems disappeared. Five minutes from the hotel there is a massage therapist's office Hakob (+ 37494262605) he has magical hands, restored his back in 10 treatments. Hayk and Armen are driven from Yerevan in minivans (Hayk: +37493878025). If you travel with other passengers at a certain time, you will be charged AMD 3,000 for the trip. If you negotiate individually - 30,000 drams. They have good cars, and on the way they stop at a cafe for 5 minutes, where you can drink coffee, eat apricots and relax under the apricot trees. We have been coming for the third year and always visit her first) The food is amazing, the menu is not very diverse, but there are many national dishes, deliciously cooked. Fruits, vegetables, and plenty of greens at every meal. Entertainment options include a swimming pool, sauna, gym, backgammon, and chess. You can ask your doctor to prescribe yoga. The rooms are cleaned regularly and conscientiously. The hotel itself is supplied with spring water, which is convenient when it's cold or raining. But of course it's better to go to the spring yourself.

I came to your sanatorium for the first time, I was very impressed by the rest! This place combines a high level of service, professional treatment and a cozy atmosphere. It is located somewhat to the side. The former Soviet sanatorium has been redone and redeveloped. It looks expensive and rich. Friendly staff. The rooms are quite spacious. In the restaurant, the buffet is quite good, even excessive for a sanatorium. The procedures are standard, it helped a lot for the back and physio and mud and baths. In 4 days, the back pain went away. Walking distance to the "pivnitsa min 15". Swimming pool, spa, observation deck with mountain view. We had a rest and were treated at this hotel in November. The overall impression is wonderful. The rooms are large and cozy. Very comfortable and good mattresses, as well as a large wide bed. We had a good night's sleep. I liked the food, there are dishes of different cuisines, fish and different meats every day. A large selection of tea and drinks. Of course, I would have liked a grain coffee, but there was only a coffee drink in the restaurant. The hotel staff is helpful and courteous. Everyone responds promptly to all requests. You are welcome here. There is a large swimming pool with a hammam, Jacuzzi and sauna where you can relax. The treatment is organized at a good level. Many procedures can be additionally purchased for reasonable money. I think we'll come back to this beautiful place.

For paraffin therapy and walking on stones where 10 more people walk 1x1 with you) I was there for the 3rd time, if I wanted to return before that, then after this trip the love finally passed!) They began to save on absolutely everything, the food was not tasty and monotonous, the bathrobes were washed to holes as well as towels, it seems to me that this beautiful panoramic window by the pool was never washed at all, the minibar was removed, the daily price tag in general does not match anything that is there. And yet, there are the most dissatisfied aunts at the reception) Don't waste your time and money, there are places that are much more pleasant to the soul)
