We ordered a siding for a country house, the order came according to the contract. Everything came without chips, dents, but the miscalculation of the material upset, although the house is not complicated according to the plan, 4 walls. They asked to make even more than what is required after the calculation. There was not enough siding, nor a finishing profile, nor even a window strip for two standard windows, and this considering that nothing was damaged, there were pieces of 20cm each. Or they thought that the siding would be reported from 20cm segments. To order more - the waiting time is 2 weeks, plus delivery.

I bought a soft roof from them, the whole set. The product was in stock, picked up on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, each element is well packaged and signed, I received detailed advice on the product at the office, detailed installation information was also a plus (they also gave it on paper). The service is at the highest level, I recommend it.

I want to express my great gratitude to the Deke-West Brest team, we purchased a Premium drainage system from them at the beginning of March, helped in the calculation, advised which system to take, how to mount it correctly with less waste, gave installation instructions, everything was loaded in the warehouse, helped to tie. They have already hung it on the house, it looks very nice, they checked it with water from the hose, it doesn't leak anywhere, everything works. In general, the guys work very well and in their place, I will recommend them to neighbors and friends. Thank you, we will contact you again...
