After my request, the company's employees restored their operation, but after a short time the cameras turned off again. When I asked again to fix the problem, I received a response that our Internet service provider was changing, so they couldn't do anything, and performance would be restored in about two weeks. In other words, the service is paid in full, and video surveillance is virtually absent most of the time. The cameras are hanging in the entrance like dummies - they are of zero use, and the money is debited regularly. I highly recommend not contacting this company.

Before that, about a year ago, there was a strong fight in the entrance, then the glass was knocked out, and the whole entrance was covered in blood, all the residents were afraid to move around such an entrance, the cleaner washed the entrance for 2 days. Again, we requested a video from the tenants - it was not possible to understand who was fighting. The state number of the cars that drive through and park is also unreadable. I think it's irresponsible for customers to install cameras of this resolution. And when we call and talk about this fact, we are told that they are set as informative. Carl! I also want to add that everyone is tired of calling every time and for 3 days, and they generally have days off, waiting for their record, given that in other houses, residents can see everything online in the application!

It's just a disgusting service. The cameras are not serviced. We have two cameras installed: one in front of the entrance, the second in the elevator. Our first requests were two years ago. There's a bastard who, I'm sorry, shuts down the entire elevator cabin periodically, the police can't find him, and the camera in the elevator doesn't work!!!!! And how many requests did we make, and we did it at least 4 times!! Support staff always have the same reason: "We can't provide a record for technical reasons.
