Cuisine and timing The culinary component is the strongest side of the establishment. The kitchen is working at an impressive speed, the dishes are served almost lightning fast. Until 07/03/25, this cafe was our favorite place: in summer, a cozy terrace hidden from the eyes of idly strolling people, in winter, a chic hall with cozy stoves and the pungent smell of a rural cottage; young staff, not tormented by the eternal whining of dissatisfied customers, polite, sociable and very positive; excellent dishes (pizza with brisket, salad with pear and duck lasanki is my personal top); music that doesn't blow your mind, but sounds like a soft background. Overall: everything is just fine, only the pepper shakers on the tables are missing, but otherwise: everything is OK. Overall: until the last visit, everything was more than fine. Now the fly in the ointment. The terrace, due to the large filling, has turned into a nightmare, it is simply impossible to talk without trying to shout over the general hum. Now, this is not a cafe terrace, but a mixture of a Turkish bazaar and a Minsk railway station, a sample from 1990; disposable tableware and if paper plates are a plus for meeting environmental standards, then plastic for an institution of your level and price markup is simply unacceptable if you are not hunting for the laurels of the Vesta cafeterias; by products: if you add any ingredients, then the visitor should at least be able to live with them, otherwise, I got the impression: the duck in my salad was older than me (this is a personal impression); leaving salads in open windows is a so-so idea, as well as self–service. Sorry for the criticism in the reviews, we understand perfectly well that the desire to earn more and invest less is normal, this is a business, and business is profit, but I don't want to watch a great place become an ordinary eatery.
