The majestic Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace is a real monument of architecture of Russian classicism! The atmosphere inside is amazing: all the halls are spacious and bright, and the columns give the building a special charm and nobility. Special thanks to the staff — everyone is very kind, friendly and helpful, they are happy to talk about the history of the places. Tip: come in the morning — there are very few people, you can safely look at everything, enjoy the silence and take beautiful photos without crowds of tourists. A must-visit!

The Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace in Gomel is, of course, the pearl of the city and a place worth visiting. This is not just a museum, but a whole palace and park ensemble with a rich history. We visited on a weekday, but there were a lot of visitors, the place is popular among tourists and not only. The interior of the palace is also highly appreciated. The rich interiors and authentic historical objects allow you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the life of two famous families — Rumyantsev and Paskevich. A place worth visiting Gomel for. It's a business card. Russian history. Be sure to take an audio guide, you will find out who laid / built the city. Magnificent architecture, chic interior, well-preserved objects and replicas. The biography of the owners is amazing. We took a package ticket ( not much difference in price )
