Dunkin’ Donuts was an absolute disaster. They took two hours to make two coffees and hand over six donuts. This is not an exaggeration. Two full hours for two coffees. When the order finally came out, the coffee was cold. When we told them this was completely unacceptable, the response was basically who is going to do anything about it. That tells you everything about how little the management cares about this location and its service. Truly shocking. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.

Terrible service. Polite and fast, but the pitch... We ordered 2 donuts and 2 portions of nuts to eat on the spot. We were given the donations on a tray, lying directly on a piece of paper, with a napkin next to it. No plate, even a cardboard one. How is it supposed to be eaten, given that the donut is coated with chocolate? You can't touch it with your hands, or with a napkin (it will stick to the chocolate). Instead of the two paid portions of nuts, they gave one, but they didn't remember about the second one. Never set foot here again.

I'm not a big fan of donuts, but they're nice in dunkin, and I especially like the new Dubai ones. Although they are probably more likely to be Berliners. The price is also pleasant, only a couple of lari per piece.

The choice of donuts seemed meager. There were not many popular online options . They taste good. For some reason, the donut is simply put on a tray when you ask for "here", which, to put it mildly, does not look very good.
