She should be able to understand the situation, not raise her voice. Let the management review the person who was hired for this position, or let him not go out and communicate with visitors.

A normal center, we know this network from the Gomel center. But in our first and only parish, we were lucky enough to stumble upon an inadequate grandmother with her granddaughter. At first, our child was bullied by a girl, and then a grandmother joined in. Very unpleasant. I thought such characters no longer existed, but in a small town it turned out that they do. The mood is spoiled. We won't go any more.
