I got acquainted with the headquarters in June 2023. At first, everything was friendly, but later I faced a rude attitude from the management. Elena's boss was repeatedly rude in personal messages, and called uncomfortable questions provocations. On November 29, 2023, after the event, I went to the kitchen through the warehouse. Gevorg Arakelyan, along with Ilya, said that I was not allowed to be there. To my clarifying question, Gevorg replied, "What? Don't you understand?" and then he punched me in the face several times. When I asked Elena to help resolve the conflict, she refused and blocked me on social media. After that, in my experience, false information was spread about my work for the security services and drug use. Elena's husband also repeatedly grabbed me on the street and provoked a conflict, including suggesting that I call the police. I regard this as unacceptable pressure and harassment. I do not recommend this organization to those who expect a respectful attitude towards volunteers.
