The absolute stupidity of the employee first led to the fact that they brought us a bathtub without the necessary part, after which this "genius" said that if we arrived, he would give it back. We arrived and he said that there was no such detail. It is better not to trust the mental abilities of the employees in this store. Upd. Gave the store a second chance. I had to buy a piece of wood for the kitchen to cover the dishwasher. There was a suitable option in the window, and I ordered it. As a result, I received a board with some scuffs and white stripes, which were not in the sample in the store. As a result, I was refused a refund, because "this is such a drawing and everything is fine" I never set foot here again in my life, a disgusting store and absolutely zero responsibility on the employees. For comparison, I'm applying what was in the store and what was brought to me. It's just that every time this store ends up with some kind of failure and poor-quality service.

On the spot, it turned out that the right model was not available — they offered to either go to another branch or arrange delivery within 2-3 days. During the registration process, they informed me that the TV I was choosing was in the window. They said it was only about a month. Agreed to the delivery. It's been 3-4 days — I'm calling to clarify where the order is. It turned out that they forgot to open the application. They offered to re-register and wait another 2-3 days. As a result, he refused delivery and went to pick up the goods himself (17 km in one direction). On the spot, it turned out that my purchased TV had been standing in the window all this time. I checked its operating time — 3286 hours, which is about the same as a year of daily operation in the showcase. Whether the consultants knew about this is up to you to guess. After my comments, they just asked me how I even found out about the opening hours. Conclusion: a miser pays twice. It is better to pay a little more, but buy the equipment in another store where the customer is respected and not misled. A lot of wasted time.

I arrived at the store (Arshakunyats, 33), and, fortunately, a girl named Zhanna offered to help me. She helped with everything, spoke excellent Russian. I even participated in the lottery at the checkout and won the headphones. In other words, everything was fine in the store itself, and the staff worked at the highest level. Thank them very much for this! However, since I needed to pick up my purchase on the same day, I was offered a trip to the warehouse. Zhanna warned the staff that I would arrive at a certain time. I arrived in time to pick up the door and a few other small things. And that's where it started. Since I ordered a truck, and it was impossible to get to the warehouse without it, I had to wait 45 minutes with the driver and his assistant before receiving the goods. At the same time, the Yandex.Taxi counter continued to work regardless of what was happening in the warehouse itself. What was happening there was the following: the movers were moving leisurely around the warehouse, several employees were sitting chatting sweetly about something of their own, and the main distributor of goods, along with his assistant, seemed to be diligently imitating a frenzy of activity. Apparently, even the imitation got bored at some point, and they just defiantly walked from corner to corner. When I asked when the door would finally be taken out, they told me that I had to wait. Over time, I got the impression that what was happening was not just the result of poor organization of work, but some kind of deliberate, demonstrative inaction. I want to point out that all this time I was waiting in silence and asked just one question. After 45 minutes (!), the door was finally taken out. The door frame was scattered all over the door, and the upper trim looked as if it had been dragged along the ground: it was covered in scratches. The goods were given out by the assistant to the head manager, since he himself did not even dare to approach and watched what was happening from the side, diligently pretending that it did not concern him at all. To my second question, whether it was possible to replace the trim, since it looked frankly bad, the assistant made a surprised face, as if he had just noticed the problem. But, as it turned out, it was necessary to wait another 10-20 minutes for the replacement. Meanwhile, the Yandex.Taxi counter continued to work. Then I couldn't stand it anymore: I loaded all the goods, signed the documents and left. On the way, even the driver noted that he had the impression that the employees were doing all this intentionally. I don't know how the warehouse works or what software is used there, but spending 45 minutes searching for and delivering an item that was pre—ordered by a certain time is just low-flying. Apparently, the warehouse is completely disorganized. Some employees behave like local kings and don't think at all about the impression they make on customers and the damage they do to the reputation of the Domus brand. After visiting the warehouse, I wanted to give one star, if not zero. But thanks to the staff of the store itself, I set three. If you don't want to spoil the impression of Domus, try never to come across his warehouse (Artem Mikoyan, 18/2). There, the entire positive image of the store collapses literally at the root.

It is impossible to just come and buy an ordinary water faucet or small household appliances, you have to wait a long time for the consultant to arrange delivery from the warehouse, then wait 2 more days until they deign to bring this product to the store or home (a paid service). A refund can be made first by applying for registration at the same point of sale, and they often ask to call the seller who made the purchase on their own so that he comes up and cancels the registration, then you need to drive to their warehouse, which is located in the middle of nowhere, leave the goods there, wait until it is checked, and after return to the store for a refund. And I was also "pleased" that a partial refund when paying with a card is not possible on the same day. There are a lot of shoals, and it seems that management is not going to do anything to optimize work processes. They do not value the client's time from the word at all.
