Either I was lucky, or Domus works flawlessly. I arrived on time and seemed to be the only customer: there were no queues to enter, no queues to receive. And everything would be fine, but the movers in the home appliance department treat their work and the client's property. They had to load 2 boxes that were not too large and not too heavy into a passenger car. Swinging, they immediately hit the 1st bumper and left a scuff on it. So be prepared for disappointment, scandal and losses.

We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to open the door, and were disappointed that we left without opening the door.
