Let's start with the pros. The hall is clean and odorless. The staff is friendly, although (see below) clearly not particularly professional. The toilet is small, but also clean, all accessories are in place, everything is working. That's all the advantages. The disadvantages are dictated by the fact that the cafe is exclusively designed for delivery. We (two adults and three teenagers) ordered two pizzas and drinks. The pizzas were delicious (a solid four). Of the drinks, sugary soda does not need to be evaluated, and coffee (taken for adults) was made from cheap grains – very much below average. The visitor's lounge is small and uncomfortable: it seems to be almost empty, but it's still cramped and uncomfortable. Plus, the music is so loud that it makes it difficult to communicate. The attitude towards visitors is illustrated by the fact that our order... was lost: the cooking time (displayed on a special scoreboard) has long expired, and there are no pizzas. I went to sort it out, the staff were very surprised, asked for a receipt (it's good that I saved it), and literally walked in single file around the kitchen for a few minutes (very small). Thanks for finding it in the end. And then, when we started eating, it turned out that one of the pizzas just wasn't cut. We were too hungry to go "swing the rights" (especially since we did a good job with our bare hands), but the sediment remained. In general, the attitude towards "live" (or, as it is now fashionable to say, "offline") guests greatly blurred the overall impression, which would have been a maximum of four. From the point of view of accessibility for groups with limited mobility, it will be impossible to get inside (large steps and no ramp), and the interior space is organized in such a way that an ordinary person has to maneuver. Parking in the city center is a separate issue. Minsk is not very friendly to private vehicles, so we left the car somewhere on the outskirts, and then traveled by public transport. When paying with an MCC 5814 card, depending on the bank, it will be either "Cafes and restaurants" or "Fast Food".

I've been using Domino's services for many years, usually pizza. And it's always delicious. This time we ordered pasta and potato gratin! Guys!!!! It's impossible to eat it! It's just disgusting! How you can ruin pasta and potatoes LIKE that is still surprising. But you did it. Everything that was ordered had to be thrown away! Please ask the chef to try his creation and either let him make it delicious, or remove it from the menu. Hardly anyone would rate it as even "nutritious". PS. Under this review, Dominos asked me to write to them by e-mail and state the essence of the dissatisfaction, although actually everything is clearly described here. But ok. Wrote. What kind of response do you think I got?☺️ “We are sorry that the order did not meet your expectations” 😂😂😂😂 Conclusion: everything is bad not only with the quality of the food, but also with the quality of processing customer objections. My wishes to the company: 1. Try what you offer people and value your reputation. 2. Select and train staff who are qualified to handle customer complaints. 3. Value other people's time and money!

In the evening I ordered a small pizza, a domster and tea. There was no one in the restaurant because it was 11 p.m., but that didn't stop the staff from taking more than 20 minutes to prepare the order. everything was tasteless and expensive. 24p for a palm-sized pizza?? a small cola of almost 5p???I will not return to this institution anymore. The domster was practically empty with a lot of sauce. They didn't give the lid for tea (I had the order with me) in short, a complete disappointment. 50p just for a couple of pieces of dough in a box and tea that I had to drink on the spot because walking down the street with a full glass is just tin. and A BONUS! mild poisoning, because in the morning my stomach twists endlessly and I feel sick. I only ate dominos in the evening.
