We were at this institution after a long road trip and before a walk around the city. We were in a hurry, so we took pancakes and tea. Excellent service, cooked quickly and tasty, the prices are affordable. People hang out in cafes, socialize, drink coffee, as the location is convenient and comfortable, albeit a small hall. I recommend it!

I give two stars only for the interior and convenient location. I've given this coffee shop a second chance several times, but unfortunately, the situation doesn't change. Coffee is regularly served cold, even when you specifically ask for it to be made hot - you end up getting the same cold drink, and in response, a disgruntled grimace arrives from the staff for a completely ordinary request. The service leaves much to be desired: employees constantly look annoyed, as if they were forced to work under pressure. Neither "hello" nor "goodbye" - it feels like the visitors are bothering them. And the most unpleasant thing is that customers who haven't even had time to close the door behind them are being discussed behind their backs. The overall experience is disappointing: a good interior and location do not compensate for an uncomfortable attitude and low-quality drinks. I hope the management will pay attention to these problems and fix the service.

Cafe Dolce: a service that leaves questions. I arrived 2 minutes before the official opening. The doors were open — and an open door for a guest is by default an invitation to enter. From the point of view of ordinary human psychology, when a cafe looks like it is ready to welcome guests — everything is open, space is available — the visitor perceives this as a signal: "they are waiting for you." In such a situation, the guest does not have to check the clock to make sure that the establishment is already open. I calmly walked in and said hello twice. The response is complete disregard. The employee reluctantly turned around, rolling her eyes, and without even responding to the greeting, informed me that the cafe was closed, after which she closed the door right in my face. I think that if the establishment is not ready to serve, then you should not leave the entrance open. Moreover, it is inappropriate to actually expel a visitor 2 minutes before opening — it would be more logical to suggest waiting a couple of minutes and then accepting the order. This is a basic show of respect for a guest who has already crossed the threshold. The order was placed on August 9, 2026 at 10:14 a.m. Further maintenance did not remove the confusion. Requests for the addition of cinnamon and syrup to coffee were met with a reaction as if it were a serious inconvenience: the emphasis was on paying for the syrup and on the need to voice my wishes in advance — it seemed that I was suspected of trying to get the supplement for free. Attempts to calmly explain the situation did not find a response: in response, there was silence and expressive gestures of displeasure. The barista, who was making coffee, showed openly impolite and unfriendly behavior. Her manner of interaction looked professionally unacceptable: she did not know the basic techniques of correct communication with a guest. When the coffee was ready and I thanked him, the reaction was silence again. At the same time, the employee maintained a closed posture while sitting on a chair, which only increased the feeling of detachment and unwillingness to maintain even minimal communication. The second employee was noticeably more friendly and really tried to help, but there were some shortcomings. I was offered a cake, which, as it turned out, had expired. The argument was that the cake was frozen, as if this removes the issue of freshness. At the same time, I often hear the excuse "the cake arrived today, so it's fresh," although it's obvious that delivery is not equal to cooking on the day of sale. In this case, the freezing argument only made the situation worse. The dessert tasted musty and had to be thrown away. The coffee itself turned out to be watery, without a pronounced taste and character. As a discerning guest, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is precisely such details that form the overall impression of the establishment. To date, the rating is 1 star. At the same time, I plan to continue going to the cafe: I want to see that the team listens to feedback and tries to improve. I hope that on the next visit the attitude towards the visitors will become truly hospitable, and the quality of the dishes will be consistently decent. I expect that the feedback will be worked out, and the standards of service will be adjusted: hospitality does not begin with a sign about the opening hours, but with the attitude towards the person who has already crossed the threshold.

The location is good. I like the interior of the cafe. The staff is polite. But the assortment needs to be worked on. According to drinks, you do not have enough taste, saturation (as for coffee), you drink like colored water. For desserts, I don't know what to say. We tried several, and didn't like any of them. Napoleon rubber is simple, sponge cakes are solid. I would recommend changing the dessert supplier. In the evening, the window is empty. And this is the center of the city.. Nevertheless, we will come here in the hope that the cakes will become softer, the coffee will be saturated.

The quality of the drinks is low, and an insane amount of ice is added to cold coffee-based drinks...For 6-7 rubles, buying half a glass of ice is too much. The coffee shop is stuffy, it is not comfortable inside...it is unclear whether there is an air conditioner or not. Pricing is a separate issue, in my opinion it is expensive. In general, there is something for owners to strive for.
