To the Competent Authority, I would like to complain and inform you about a situation I have experienced at the Natural Household Recreation Facility. At the facility in question, the passage through the backyard door, which has been used for a long time and continuously for transportation to the vehicle waiting in front of it, could be provided without any problems until now. This gate is the only crossing point that makes it possible for vehicles traveling on the highway to pick up passengers using the facility. However, on the relevant day, it was seen that the backyard door was locked, and although we explained the situation to the security guards and stated that we wanted to get into the vehicle, which was only about 20 meters away, we were not allowed to pass, citing the fact that the facility was under renovation. I believe that there is no logical and consistent explanation for this justification. More importantly, although the military identity card was presented, no convenience was provided, on the contrary, unnecessary difficulties were made. This attitude of the security guards should be evaluated as an approach that is both arbitrary and victimizes the citizen. Preventing access to a vehicle located only 20 meters away is incompatible with the understanding of reasonableness and public service. I would like to especially state that I have experienced victimization due to this practice. In relation to this incident that happened,: To inform the security personnel about their powers and responsibilities, To make the necessary arrangements in order to prevent similar grievances from happening again, To explain the issue to me in writing I demand.
