The weekend work schedule is not very good, I would like to start earlier, especially since the store starts at 10 o'clock and the warehouse starts at 11. And if employees in stores immediately accompany and help with the selection, then here they barely glanced at those who entered and continued their conversations. When asked to show what was of interest in specific parameters, they offered only samples from the samples on display in the hall, we had to tell them that they had other tiles in stock, which we were told about in the store, but it would still be delivered from this warehouse in Fanipol. We checked - it's definitely there, it's amazing. But there were no samples in the hall, they waited for the warehouse to open, looked, and returned to check out. Maybe we could have picked up something else, we needed curbs or a carpet, but we were already tired of sorting through dozens of options, of which there are few available, and straining the staff of the center. We checked out and drove to the warehouse. Everything is pretty fast and convenient here. But here's another amazing thing: there is delivery to the car, but loading into the car is not included in the service. I had to go to the warehouse and ask someone to help load heavy boxes of granite and a bag of glue. Great. That's all.

If there was an order number in the phone, I had to first look for a place in the parking lot before the barrier, run to the office to print a piece of paper, then return and enter the territory. Everything was going according to plan until our styling technician got sick, which unfortunately delayed the whole process by a week. Upon completion of the work, it became clear that we had extra materials left – a bag of glue and a bucket of fugue. When contacting the store with a request to return unused materials, they received an initial refusal, referring to the expiration of the return period. It should be emphasized that the delay period was insignificant, amounting to only a week after the end of the permissible two-week period. After persistent appeal, the store manager issued a request for a refund directly to the supplier, explaining this by the lack of its own warehouse and limited time for such operations. However, unfortunately, this request was rejected by the supplier, and the store again refused to refund me. I understand that your store may have its own internal rules and supplier dependencies. However, the situation is extremely unfair for the client. The lack of your own warehouse and the need to coordinate with the supplier are internal problems of your business that should not fall on the shoulders of the buyer. The initial refusal, and then the refusal after the formal application, demonstrate an unwillingness to meet the client halfway and find compromise solutions, especially given the insignificance of the delay. As a result, we received unnecessary extra materials, for which we paid our money. Conclusion: despite the completed application, the store not only failed to solve the problem, but also demonstrated a lack of desire to look for other ways out of the situation. The refusal to return due to a minor delay after the master's illness, which left us with useless goods, deeply regrets your policy. This is a clear sign of a lack of customer orientation. Your answer is clear, but it sounds like a standard unsubscription. Loyalty is when a store helps a customer in a difficult situation, rather than just quoting the rules. I appreciate your concern for quality, but let's be objective: the glue and fugue are in factory sealed packaging. According to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, building mixes are not included in the list of non-refundable goods if their consumer properties are preserved (whole packaging, absence of fossils, presentation and receipt). The master's illness is force majeure, not my negligence. And since the integrity of the packaging guarantees the safety of the properties, and the expiration date on the bags is indicated with a margin of several months, not weeks, the store could go to a meeting and accept a refund. Your refusal is based on the assumption of possible damage to the goods, but it is easily refuted by the facts.: 1. Container tightness (Fugue): The fugue is in the factory plastic bucket. This is an airtight package that completely eliminates the influence of humidity on the contents until the moment of opening. The argument about "storage conditions" for plastic containers is physically untenable — the goods inside are protected by insulation identical to the warehouse. 2. Shelf life of 14 days: The shelf life is the official period during which the manufacturer bears full legal responsibility for the preservation of all physico-chemical properties of the product. To claim that you cannot "guarantee quality" just 7 days after the return period expires, with a shelf life of several months, is to question the product's certification and the manufacturer's own standards. 3. Do you conduct an expert examination of each item that you accept within *legal* 14 days?Obviously not. So the risk is the same.

They immediately offered to change the toilet bowl, and I had to inspect all the remaining 25 pieces in the warehouse. unfortunately, there was some kind of defect in all of them, but this is a complaint to the manufacturer. The store itself and the warehouse staff proved to be on top. on the tile. defects could not be detected during delivery, because the tile is glossy and the crack is visible only from one side at a certain angle of incidence of light. A whole tile with such a problem was immediately recognized as a manufacturing defect and offered to be replaced. but, after discussions with the girl from the complaints department, that marriage is marriage, and it is very faintly noticeable, even instead of the rest of the used tile, they gave a whole new one. of course, I was persistent, but to the girl and the entire complaints department, thank you so much for your professional and human attitude towards customers. by the way, there is one whole tile left - I can return it, but only through your delivery, it is very fragile, I'm afraid I won't deliver it ;). and special thanks to Veronika S., Sales manager, for her help in selecting, arranging and visualizing the premises. good luck with your work!

It turned out that these positions partially do not exist, and what is there is at a different price. We began to choose at least something from the available, because the goal was to leave with the purchase. Prices are unreasonably high. The consultant seems nice and kind, says little about the case, knows little about the positions, too, everything looks through the database, it took a very long time. As a result, she counted us more than we needed, although we mentioned it. They left without shopping and very unhappy.
