Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude, and the place is overpriced for what it offers. There is almost no privacy: the balconies have no proper separation, and guests sit right next to each other. The breakfast was awful—spaghetti, fried vegetables, and old bakery products. The restaurant is very expensive, with a limited and strange menu. The beds were small and uncomfortable, the bed linen was poor, and the bathroom was dirty with old, torn towels. There is also no proper territory for walking or relaxing. Overall, an overpriced place with very poor conditions. Definitely not worth the money.

Pros: The location, the views (I also liked the pathway from one side of the hotel to the other) are good. The swimming pools are okay, but the spa area is much better and interesting. The staff seems to be friendly. Food is okay. The rooms are nice and clean. Cons: The road to the hotel is terrible. It’s also very far from the center so better have a personal car. The music near the restaurant, the bar and the entrance is too loud for no reason. The outside pool was dirty. They are not cleaning the rooms unless you ask them a couple of times.

Late at night, after midnight, a group of adults and teenagers were making a lot of noise, shouting and laughing loudly. This disturbance woke up my 1-year-old child, who became frightened by the noise. Unfortunately, there was no security staff present to resolve the issue or maintain order, which raises concerns about nighttime safety and comfort. Despite this, the hotel overall is quite good. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and daytime comfort and facilities were very satisfactory.
