I rarely write reviews, but... I want to point out the absolutely terrible service. You literally have to hunt down the waiters just to get served. If you come alone, they likely won't even want to serve you-which is exactly what happened to me today. I was ignored, even though some waiters were free and just sitting there on their phones. In the end, I had to leave... I’m very disappointed; I used to always leave extra tips, even though the service charge is already included in the bill... I have no complaints about the chefs, though-the food was delicious.

It was my favorite favorite restaurant. Every time I visited Zugdidi, I loved going to Diaroni. But, the last visit was a bit upsetting. Serving dishes with a not very full landing is incredibly long. The wait for Khinkali with the child took almost an hour. We ordered grilled trout, as it was the size of a mutton. The Georgian salad with vegetables and nuts was such that it felt like it had been prepared a lot in advance. I really hope that you will change your attitude towards the guests. Especially if the woman came alone or with a child. And you will treat me as well as when I come to you with my Georgian husband. I wish the waiters to work with a smile, and not with gaunt faces.

I visited this place for the first time. Prices are above average. The food is normal for Georgia, but we ate better in other cafes. But the service is terrible! The bill includes a 12% fee that is not listed on the menu, the waiters are not even able to bring the missing napkins and generally come up once every 30 minutes. There was no promised music, just a lot of noise from a children's event nearby.
