Very dark entrance. Not helpful at the reception. Faucet not working properly but good location.

A very nice hotel located in the city center, close to the pedestrian zone, museums and restaurants. The hotel itself has a national flavor, clean and cozy. The friendly staff welcomes the guests.

Overall, a cozy, intimate atmosphere. It is convenient to have a tea set and refrigerator in the room. Helpful staff, including maids: tea bags, sugar, and water were provided upon request. I was bothered by some unpleasant little things like a leaking watering can of an intimate shower, an inoperable (broken) safe. Also, instead of a large king size bed, there are two separate sliding beds, which is not very convenient.

The hotel is very tired. One of the advantages is a good location. Everything in the photos is clean and new, in fact not, the furniture is all battered. Again, the photos show the entire building, but the hotel occupies 2 floors. Most importantly, cigarette smoke was being sucked into the room

The cashless payment terminal did not work, unfortunately (I had to make a fuss to check in). The room is clean and mediocre. We got to breakfast the second time (we were served 40 minutes late from the appointed time). The guard was sleeping on the reception couch.

According to the photos, it's a beautiful hotel, but in fact everything is tired, old, non-ordinary. The TV is hanging on snot. There is one outlet for the refrigerator, the desk lamp and my laptop. It got colder in October. I ask how to turn on the heating, they say nothing. The system is not connected and when it will be turned on is not known. Although they have their own heating. In other hotels at this time, everything was already working. No one has ever come to the cleaning for 3 days.

Good location, that's where the advantages end. It's a pity that I deleted the photo. I posted detailed reviews on hotel booking networks. There are a lot of scuffs, some unpleasant moments: a stain on the leaking ceiling, an opening hatch in the toilet, stains on the walls, chips on the furniture. Breakfast is not a buffet, but ready-made: omelette/scrambled eggs + sausage/ham, bread, sliced cheese, sausage, fruit slices and pancakes/cupcake, juice (there was only a multifruit, once an apple) + 1 hot drink (black/green (not always) tea or black boiled coffee). If this set does not suit you, there is nothing else. Milk cannot be poured into coffee, lemon can also be put in tea – this is already paid for 🙈 cereals / porridge - this is not in principle. Therefore, if you do not eat eggs, you will be left without the main course. There are better options in Yerevan for this price.

A very fraudulent hotel. The description doesn't match. The rooms are terrible, it stinks, everything is old. The only advantage is that it's not far from the center.
