I wanted to give my daughter a gift for 18 years, a silver hard bracelet model 1410016516-501 (I may be mistaken, there was no receipt left), upon arrival home it turned out that the clasp did not fully close, I took it back, the product was sent to Minsk to assess the defect, returned with the same problem, sent again, for a refund – returned, the tag was not cut off – they allowed it to be replaced with another HBR-52 model, She gave a gift on 08.01.26, a bracelet model, she dressed her daughter once, almost lost it, because the clasp did not hold at all – they brought it to the store, sent it for repair on 03/21/2026, repaired it, put it on again once – and again it does not fasten, they took it to the store was sent for repair, the response came on 04/24/2026 – a breakdown as a result of operational defects, not an insured event, take the (broken) product. To summarize, in this network, if you bought a similar piece of jewelry, put it on the shelf and admire it. Unfortunately, the gift turned into a complete disappointment and disappointment twice. I do not recommend contacting this jewelry chain.
