Incredibly delicious dinners and wonderful evenings! I want to share the delight of our dinners at the Di Roma restaurant! It's always not just meals, but real trips to Italy, full of gastronomic pleasures and comfort. We usually have a small feast and order several dishes at once.: · Pasta is always an absolute masterpiece! Perfect al dente, with the most delicate sauce and a generous portion of cheese. It feels like the pasta is cooked with soul and strictly according to traditional recipes. · Pizza is simple, but so difficult to make. Di Roma handled it brilliantly: the thinnest base, crispy at the edges and elastic inside, the bright taste of tomato sauce and stringy mozzarella cheese. Real pizza from a wood-burning oven! · And for dessert, we take waffles – and this is always the perfect point of the evening. They are always golden, crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, with a delicious vanilla flavor. Served with a scoop of ice cream or berries, which creates a divine combination. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the waitress Anna! This is not just an employee of the restaurant, but the real hostess of this evening. Anna was incredibly attentive, tactful and professional. She knew when to offer help and when to let us enjoy each other's company. Her recommendations on dishes were accurate, and her smile and sincere desire to make our stay enjoyable created a truly warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much, Anna, for your hospitality! As a result: excellent cuisine, cozy atmosphere, stylish interior and the highest level of service. Di Roma is a place where you want to come back again and again to try new dishes and feel welcome again. We will definitely come again!

We had dinner there on our first day in Tbilisi on July 12th. The pizza is delicious, large, and the staff speaks English. When the change was brought to us, there were 30 GEL missing. I'm writing a review about the kitchen. Tc delivered pizza from this restaurant via Yandex.Delivery. The pizza was too salty, and the arugula was disgustingly bitter. There has never been such a thing in such pizzas. I can't say anything about the restaurant and the service. I can't recommend the pizza in the photo.

We ordered: for the child: a small pizza (3 lari) and a cocktail (6 lari); for ourselves: tea (3.5 lari), mushroom cream soup (6 lari) and pasta with mushrooms (12.5 lari). First, they brought a cocktail (not bad) - after 5 minutes. Then cream soup (tastes good, but at room temperature) - after 10 minutes. Next is pasta (pasta, with a bunch of half-cooked mushrooms in a creamy sauce and absolutely no salt, at the same time, salt is not provided on the table)- after 12 minutes. Tea in a teapot with a greenfield bag - 13 minutes. 25 minutes after ordering, he asked where the little pizza was for his daughter. Answer: (5 minutes). After 8 minutes, I asked the same question to another waitress. She said that they would bring it soon and went to confer with the administrator. The receptionist went towards the kitchen. It was clear that the pizza wasn't ready yet. I went and refused the pizza and paid the bill. To the phrase "40 minutes and a small pizza is not ready for my hungry daughter...", I heard from the waitress: "I'm sorry." As a result, after 50 minutes in the pizzeria, the child drank a milkshake and we went to look for another cafe to feed him. Interestingly, the receipt contained 15% for the service, although they charged 10% when eating in many cafes in Georgia. Another disadvantage is that none of the waiters knows Russian and English normally.
