The most incredible desserts in this coffee shop. It feels like they were made by people who really love their job and respect their customers. The taste of everything we tried was perfectly balanced. The perfect light sweetness of meringue, the perfect taste of whipped cream, the perfect delicate mashed strawberries in Pavlova. The truffle cake is perfectly soaked, while not wet, the cream and glaze have retained the taste of cocoa, moderately sweet. Cherry pie is just a song. The cherry filling has an ideal consistency - it does not leak and is not jelly-like, the cherry itself is moderately sour. The dough is thin and at the same time remains crispy. It does not interrupt the taste of cherries, but perfectly complements it with a light creamy shade. Even when you finish the crust itself, you feel a slightly sweet creamy taste, not flour. But buratta caused a special delight. It seems that this is something that gods and angels can eat, if they exist. Super-airy, super-gentle, light and in moderation: sweet white chocolate on the outside and airy mousse inside, refreshing puree of real live mango inside and next to it an incredibly delicate puree of some fresh herbs, similar to basil, tarragon and mint at the same time. I didn't find what kind of greenie it is in the composition, but it makes an incredibly delicious dessert out of a delicious dessert :D I wish the team well-being, prosperity, success and maintain this sincere and cordial approach to what they do. I will order other desserts from them, and I advise you to do this :)

The coffee was filtered by two different local roasters - it's just a delight, it feels like the guys are obsessed with coffee and carefully choose the roasters and cook in the v60 funnel. It's been a long time since I've been so high on coffee, I took a pack home with me. Desserts are generally a separate art form. Brie is very tender; in my opinion, a little less sweet would be better, but it's also very tasty. We had draniki with salmon for breakfast - I liked everything. I highly recommend the place, I would live in Tbilisi, I would visit often. There is still wine, but we didn't dare to try it this morning)
