An amazing hotel right in the center of the historical neighbourhood of Istanbul! Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and the restaurant on top which deserves a whole separate review are amazing! Stayed here for 10 days, one of the best hotels that I’ve personally visited!

The hotel has an excellent location, polite and pleasant staff. Beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served. The view alone is worth staying here! The rooms are clean and spacious for the center of Istanbul. The hotel seemed modern. There is a SPA area, but in the three times that I tried to get there, there was never any staff. They promised a 20% discount on the massage, but I never got to use it because there was no one there.

Convenient location, many attractions nearby, but keep in mind that the average check is 5000 rubles for entering any one (for example, the tank tank). I took off a star for the complete absence of meat and fish products at breakfast, and the meat consisted of overcooked cheap sausages, which I would not even feed my dog. Istanbul is famous for its sweets, so you won't see them at breakfast either), some hard-bought croissants of questionable composition. one of the advantages is the customer orientation of the staff, we stopped by 20 minutes before the restaurant closed, we were received and served properly, and in the evening there are gorgeous views from the roof - be sure to visit. advice for beginners - if you want to take a yacht ride, go down to the water, for 200 lire you can buy an hour and a half yacht trip, where you will be offered food and drinks for a separate price. I would have come to this hotel again - no, for the same price I could have bought accommodation in chain-checked hotels with the most luxurious breakfasts, but I chose this hotel because of the rooftop restaurant and convenient location. P.S.: there is a lot of bleach in the pool, the water is cloudy.

A wonderful hotel! Very well located, 5-7 min walk to the nearest attractions. On the 5th floor there is a restaurant with stunning panoramic views. There is a buffet breakfast, and in the evening we went up there to drink wine. At first, we were moved to the 2nd floor, but in the morning we asked to change the room, since the view from it was on the wall of the neighboring house. And we were offered two good rooms to choose from. We took it on the 4th floor with a view of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy. Bathrobes will be provided upon request. The staff responds immediately to your request. I would like to express special THANKS to Erhan's employee at the SPA center! We took a hammam + massage and were very satisfied. After long walks, it turned out to be the right thing. Thank you for your hospitality and high level of service.

The Demirai Hotel is located in the historic quiet area of Fatih. The view of the Bosphorus Strait from the restaurant's terrace is simply bombastic. The restaurant's menu is excellent. The dishes are delicious, freshly prepared. A super breakfast is included in the price of the hotel. Room cleaning every day. The staff is helpful and speaks English. The location assumes all the interesting places within walking distance, including the passenger transport port. There is drinking water in the room every day. I highly recommend it.

To begin with, the hotel does not have a full five-star rating, but it more than pays for its location, as it is located in the historical part of Istanbul, 5-10 minutes walk to all major attractions, and about 7-12 minutes walk to the tram stop. Tram T-1 goes through the vesti center, travel on the Istanbul card 30 liras The hotel serves buffet breakfasts, the menu is not very varied, but it is enough to eat well, the staff is friendly and responsive, they respond quickly to any request, they speak mostly English, but there are staff who speak a little Russian. On the minus second floor there is a small gym and a swimming pool, there is a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a Turkish steam room. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels and linen are changed regularly.

A cozy, beautiful hotel in the center of Istanbul. Nearby are all the main attractions, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, etc. The room has everything you need, and you can take a bathrobe to the spa. Delicious breakfasts are served on the fifth floor with panoramic, stunning views of the Bosphorus and mosques! The staff is polite and friendly! Thank you very much!

A good hotel, convenient location, all the sights and transport in the immediate vicinity, we took an economy room, it was overlooking the Bosphorus, which made us very happy, breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent view, there is a spa area, a hammam, a sauna, a swimming pool for free, the only thing you need is a cap, but they sell on the spot, at the time of the review 100 lira. The rooms are ordinary, nothing supernatural, but there is hot water, ventilation and heating are working, which is not always the case in Istanbul hotels. I recommend

Clear. Carefully. There is a restaurant. Comfortable. Near the Grand Bazaar market. The metro and railway station are nearby. The Blue Mosque is a 10-minute walk away, as well as many other attractions. Lots of different cafes. In particular, the Mustafa Hafiz candy store. The hotel itself offers stunning views of the Bosphorus. During breakfast, you can watch the other side of Istanbul. Very picturesque views. It's perfect for photography lovers. The hotel also has a bar, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and you can order a cheaper taxi if you find common ground with the receptionist. Generally great.

Located within walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel's restaurant is probably the highest point of the Fatih area accessible to tourists. The whole center is in full view. The rooms are in excellent condition. The bed is comfortable. There are no questions about cleanliness. The staff is excellent. When they saw the passport of the Russian Federation, they immediately gave a brief description in Russian. But: the rooms are small, the bathroom is just small, there is no view from the room. The nearest transport is Eminenyu, 5-10 minutes on foot. There are traffic jams in the area during rush hour. There is a central market nearby, so the hotel has a lot of shops with linen).

Great hotel, we had a rest at the end of October 2025. In the very center, you can walk to any attraction, the market, if you are interested, is right next to it, the Egyptian bazaar, the grand bazaar, mosques, the embankment, and so on. The service is excellent, the veranda with the view is great! The restaurant and cuisine are excellent. We chose from different hotels, looked at the location on the spot, and Demirei won. I recommend.

A lovely hotel, located 10-15 minutes from the main attractions. Breakfast is varied, and cleaning with towel change is daily. There is a police station next to the hotel, it is always quiet. The only thing was to pray loudly in the street at 6.55, but this was already our alarm clock.

A good hotel, the main advantage is the amazing panoramic view of Istanbul from the roof, where breakfast is served. I personally haven't seen a better view yet! The breakfasts themselves are also quite decent. The rooms are not bad for your money, taking into account the location and prices in Istanbul in principle.

Clean enough, polite, helpful staff. Convenient location. There is a fairly large selection of dishes in the restaurant according to the buffet system , Among the disadvantages: the shower door opened on its own, did not stay in the closed position. There was a circle on the toilet bowl. I turned to the staff. We listened politely..... And they didn't do anything.

Everything was fine, the hotel was wonderful. Among the minor disadvantages, we can mention full-fledged rooms without windows and a slightly modest breakfast. Modest in terms of coffee, for example, it's impossible to drink it straight.. The best thing is the view of the restaurant! It's worth a lot!! Well, the staff is wonderful, a good sauna and a great man in charge of the pool.

The hotel is not 5 stars, I would like to have more varied breakfasts, it so happened that there was no window in our room at all and, accordingly, fresh air, I would definitely not choose the area a second time. The room stock looks more tired than in the photo, the hotel is three stars and expensive for its condition. Of the advantages, there is a swimming pool, a gym, which is very sad and also without proper ventilation

A great hotel to spend the night in. The view from the restaurant is wonderful, it's nice to have breakfast, the prices on the menu are space. The coffee is around €4, and it's not much. The spa area is underwhelming, but if it's off-season, then it's good to warm up in the hammam. The hotel is located in the middle of the market. Consider yourself living on an aprazhka in St. Petersburg, or old Cherkizon (if you remember such a one in Moscow time)

I don't understand why it's a five. We were put in a room without a window, shampoo was from a shared dispenser, hair conditioner was not replenished. We wanted to have dinner in the evening, no one approached us in principle, then after 20 minutes they deigned. There was no question of any further service, although they wanted to order more. We came to the bar ourselves and waited for them to pay us off. The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous.

It's a disgusting hotel. I don't know where so many positive reviews come from. We are tourists without excessive demands, but for 18 thousand to get a room without a window and even shampoo, not to mention a bathrobe (in a spa hotel and go from this spa in your wet clothes, well, that). Soap, towels like in a cheap hotel. The spa is like that too. It is located in the basement, there is a lot of noise from the pool (the equipment is in the same place), you will not be able to relax. A mediocre sauna and hammam, we went once, I didn't want to anymore. They put 2 bags of coffee and 2 bottles of water for three people. On the plus side, the room is spacious, although it's not a room, it's hard to call a room without a window a room. And there is a restaurant with a view, but the prices are too high.

There were no Russian speakers at the reception, but they understood anyway. The elevator worked from the map on the first day, and on the second, others were found from the spa and pool on the 2nd floor. There is also a wonderful steam room, sauna, hammam that are included in the reservation. The hotel is not bad. Of the main points: 1) There are many rooms without windows, in autumn / winter, when the air conditioners are off, the room is terribly stuffy, the "ventilation" mode does not help. 2) Breakfast is very modest for a 5* hotel, but with a beautiful view, as the restaurant is on the ground floor. 3) Since it is an old town, it is convenient to move on your own, but it will be inconvenient by car, there is also no parking at the hotel, it is actually located in a pedestrian zone 4) The room is in good condition, the cleaning is also of high quality, everything you need is in the room.

Nice hotel, with a very nice view from the dining room/restaurant, decent spa and good varied breakfasts. Cons: We faced the problem of air conditioning in the room, unfortunately the issue was resolved for two days (we slept in the infernal heat because the air conditioner only worked at +30, it was not possible to ventilate, because our "balcony" turned out to be an exit to some kind of internal shaft) but he didn't decide. On the third day, they were moved to another room. The location of the hotel is in the commercial part, because of this, almost all the windows of the rooms (where they are) overlook very beautiful alleys, it is very sad to live with curtains open. Despite the situation with Condey, the impression is good.

The location is in a historical place. All attractions are within walking distance. The room was taken from a cheap one for three. There are three full beds. There were no problems with the bathroom, everything was OK. We didn't watch TV. WiFi is no problem. The restaurant - we only took breakfast, I recommend it. You will not regret it. It's worth it. Once we went to dinner, the prices are relatively expensive, but in fact, in any restaurant in Istanbul, the prices are the same. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous, people from other hotels come to take pictures early in the morning, which they definitely visit late at night. There are no comments on the staff. The view - well, as I already wrote, only from the restaurant. There are no comments on the service. Everything is cleaned cleanly every day. Breakfast is gorgeous without restrictions from 7:30 to 10, you can eat out for a day. The bath is excellent, but without a broom, but with eucalyptus, however, they warned that it is expensive and it is economical to pour water into the heater. There are also two steam rooms that differ in humidity and temperature. The pool is warm and large with hydro massage, and showers, etc. everything is there. Don't forget the hat on your head or buy 100 liras. Moreover, cars do not reach the hotel. Walk about 300 m along the cobblestones. Take care of the wheels on the suitcase. It took me a while to find the entrance to the hotel the first time. Install maps me is very helpful. Buy an instambul transport card to pay for transport and you can still shop at the migras store, you can shop for leftovers and go to the toilet. It is better to exchange dollars for lira near the hotel that it is not so profitable to go to the railway station that to the Bosphorus in other places. In general, we liked the hotel, taking into account the pros and cons.

Like the VKontakte status in the 10s. It's complicated. It seems like a normal hotel, for reasonable money. But for 5 stars, the lack of bathrobes in the room? When cleaning the room, they simply forgot to put large bath towels. The interior of the room has large roses pasted on the wallpaper. The corners of the walls were obviously broken. At the same time, the shower is very good. Quite decent beds. The restaurant is expensive. But in it you can get a very good local wine, but clearly overrated in terms of value. Great panorama from the restaurant. But the view from the room is of the police station... And this is the best view from our family two-room suite... But at the same time, we were quietly given it, and not a room with two beds in one room. We just saw that we had two children with us and this room was available. Of course there is no parking (this is Istanbul), but not every taxi driver can drive up to the hotel. You often have to walk 500 meters uphill. But at the same time, you can easily and easily walk to the main tourist spots, they are at the bottom! The place itself (apart from the views from the windows) is very interesting. There is a huge clothing market around the hotel. He's probably been here for hundreds of years. But not everyone will like it. As you can see, everything is really complicated.

We lived for 8 nights in March 2024. Advantages: location in the tourist center; proximity to a currency exchanger; good breakfast according to the Swedish table system; a good restaurant with reasonable prices, room service for plus 10 percent of the order amount; observation deck on the restaurant veranda; almost always a free pool and hammam, always a free gym; responsive staff, but few people know Russian; cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning every day; free safe, Wi-Fi; in general, a new and fresh hotel, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cons: the noise insulation is mediocre; the location near the clothing market; the sloping type of terrain, from the center to the hotel to go up a steep mountain; yes, perhaps, all of the cons! I recommend it!!!

Good afternoon. The hotel is not bad, at the reception, they do not know Russian at all from the word at all. The translator on the phone helped. The deluxe room was no different from the standard room at all. The window of the room overlooked the wall. The restaurant is in the hotel, breakfast is not bad. But the funniest thing was that I did not expect the Hotel to be among the market, on the street of panties, socks and bras. I haven't seen such a lot in almost no time. And so I liked Istanbul, although it is very expensive in everything.

We returned from Istanbul and stayed at this hotel. If you considered it as a place to relax, you shouldn't. Everything that is written in the reviews below is true. Firstly, it is very difficult to find it among these streets of the absolute market. Underwear is everywhere, and there are people among whom locals are riding scooters for some reason. Secondly, the story of the room without a window is very depressing. We are adults, 3 people in this room with no windows and dark lighting / well, not much fun. Thirdly, the story of the air conditioners is a real quest. You can't adjust the temperature and mode in the room - call the reception and try to explain what's what. And yet - every morning at 6 a.m. the fire alarm rang, every morning!!! It's 3 minutes, but it's early in the morning during a vacation. There is no shop or cafe nearby, everything is only in the center, it's a 15-minute walk. But there is a big plus - a swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna, and excellent staff in this cool place. The view from the terrace, where the breakfasts are a bomb, of course The choice of hotel will definitely be different on this trip. The taxi will not arrive at the hotel, you need to go down to civilization.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 unforgettable days. A lovely, clean hotel and extremely polite and attentive staff. The room is polished to a shine. The sheets are the whitest, the pillows are comfortable and you can ask for a second blanket))) the bathroom was already shining with cleanliness. The air conditioner works perfectly, which is important because it was very hot outside. The room service is very fast. Eva Bosphorus restaurant is on the roof. Gorgeous view of almost all the sights of Istanbul, the strait, the bridges. The price tag is of course horse, a steak in the region of 1,700 lira is inhuman, but the view compensates for everything. Administrator Sardar will do everything according to beauty. Attentive and polite, no need to ask the lady to pour. They include 10% of the bill as a plus. Like tea. In general, I advise everyone, come and check in, you will not regret a second.

A normal hotel. Good location. Near the grand bazaar, the city center and various mosques. The view on the roof during breakfast is gorgeous! You can come in late at night, also admire the view and maybe have something to drink, Because it's also a restaurant. But the prices are high, as for all other services at the hotel. The air conditioning is excellent, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is pleasant. Fresh renovation. A large selection of food for breakfast. But of the hot dishes, only the omelet was normal. Of the minor drawbacks: I did not like the quality of the towels, a small uncomfortable sink. A small room. The refrigerator wasn't working. They asked me to look at it. I don't know if they watched it or not, but nothing has changed. The lid of the kettle was broken. Insufficient variety of soap accessories. There were no washcloths, disposable razors, or shaving foam. Poor ventilation in the shower, constant humidity. Nothing was drying. We met pathetically, but did not feel the 5-star quality of the stay.
