Why not prepare a pool when the hotel is already fully occupied? To go out and lie on a deck chair by the pool? But no, they are waiting for the season, and it does not begin when the guests arrive, but when they decide for themselves that this is the season. The pool is half empty, surrounded by dirt and debris. To the question, where is the equipped beach, as indicated on the website? Answer: the beach has nothing to do with the hotel, it is equipped by private owners ... but it is not yet the season. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, the staff is polite and attentive. The information on the website and tour aggregators should be adjusted. The pool and the beach were important points when choosing a hotel, but in fact they are not there at the end of May.

Hello everyone, I like to walk along the Sukhum embankment, drink coffee in brekhalovka, have dinner at the Nartaa restaurant, or Chegem, and after a rest in Ldzaa, we decided to stay at this Dam hotel for a day, because we were returning home by plane from Sukhum. and it was important for me to be close to my favorite places, to the Sukhum embankment, where we wanted to walk and spend the day before flying home, and we were very satisfied. when we entered our room 7 , it seemed to us that we were in an ancient castle. The room is huge, with a closet, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin, and 2 sinks. the room has a microwave, kettle, glasses, plates, corkscrew, bottle opener, refrigerator. a TV, a huge sofa, fumigators, I won't list everything, I have everything I need. The furniture is antique, on the 2nd floor, there are 2 beds, as well as air conditioning, Windows overlooking the sea and the embankment. we are thrilled, we will definitely come back for 3 days when we will be in Sukhum right here. The only negative for us is that we were not impressed by the pool, first of all it is deep, there is no smooth approach, I have a fear of depth and I need to know that I will swim to a place where I can stand up, and this pool is not for me, but my children who swim well are not inspired, a professional pool , as I understand it with the stands, we didn't like it. There is a Thai massage near the entrance to the pool, my son went, he is happy. recommends it. otherwise, everything is fine.

The furniture is in excellent condition. There is a refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers, sewing kit, glasses, corkscrew, decanter, 0.5 bottle of water in glass, kettle, glasses, tray, shoe spatula, TV (not included). There is a table and 2 wicker chairs on the balcony. It is very comfortable to sit and look at the sea. The room has a large bed with a simply gorgeous mattress. Sleeping is a pleasure. There is a shower set in the bathroom: gel and shampoo, dental kit, 3 towels. The plumbing is in excellent condition. I really liked the illuminated mirror. There is an aroma diffuser. The cleaning is good. The curtains are clean. No garbage was found. There are 6 breakfast options to choose from. They chose Turkish and American. There is an American breakfast in the photo. Food is allowed to be taken to the room. You can also order lunch or coffee from the restaurant. By the way, we had dinner at the restaurant. Everything is very tasty: delicious fish soup, roast meat, shish kebab and other national dishes. It's a pity we didn't find khinkali, they said it wasn't the season) In general, an excellent hotel for Abkhazia, I can safely recommend it. Moreover, it is located near all the sights: the market, the fortress, the embankment, the Rusdram, etc. And the sea is just a stone's throw away)

In the early morning, we put on our bathrobes right in the rooms and went swimming. The hotel is located on the longest Embankment. You go out to the right and you can walk along the sea for 20-25 minutes. We could go further, but we didn't go. To the left of the hotel is the beginning of the Embankment with shops, playgrounds, and cafes. So the location is 100+++ The rooms are spacious, water, refrigerator, TV, balcony, iron and ironing board on the floor - one for several rooms. High ceilings (very high!), which gives air, space, freedom. Multiple lighting options. The sanitary unit is combined, the shower cabin is spacious, everything is clean. There was hot water at any time of the day. Shampoos and soap were added every day. The room was cleaned every day. Very tasty cafe-restaurant in the hotel itself. The company held an event - they rented a separate room. Many thanks to the receptionist (or the head waiter?) Sasha. And to our DJ, the light, professional, responsive Lasha. In general, all the staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick. A great place to solve all leisure issues: for organizing excursions, swimming and lying on the beach, walking along the sea, for a cultural program.

Two different salads from the chef were delicious, only mine was drowned in the dressing sauce. But the meat with pineapples was very tough. Untimely serving of dishes. But the breakfasts were very tasty. They chose the Abkhaz and European languages. Just great! I hope that things will get better someday. DAM Hotel- We were greeted by a very friendly, smiling receptionist. It was a pleasure. Nice luxury room, clean, has everything you need. It's nice to fall asleep to the sound of the sea, and in the morning, when you go out on the balcony, you can see the clear water of the sea and even dolphins in the immediate vicinity. It beautiful

The first time we were in Sukhumi in the summer, we really liked the Dam Hotel. A very cozy hotel. I clean the rooms every day and change the towels every day, too, regardless of whether you used them. I took a room with a pool, and other times with a view of the sea.
