She clearly showed the ribbon, in response - there is no such thing and that's it. I had to leave with nothing, because I needed help with the choice on the fabric, and you shouldn't expect help from such a consultant. So discouraging the desire to shop is a skill. It's just a pity for the business owner, from whom customers are leaving.
