The rooms are great, the room service meals are the best ever. Very good hotel with great breakfast buffet, perfect beds, great spa centre.

I do not recommend the hotel( Where the 5 stars come from is not clear The rooms are old, they have been waiting for repairs for a long time, there are not even disposable toothbrushes, in a five-star hotel they put 2 paper cups and one wooden stick for tea and sugar in the room (shame), there are no bathrobes in the room, we had to wait 30 minutes in the room and they just forgot, on the second one the bell was brought, it's not worth going to the hammam at all, you can't even warm up, the pool stinks of chlorine so much that your eyes water (There's nothing to eat for breakfast except eggs, they offer rubber sausage, not edible, and there's nothing else from meat (Except for a tall building and a larger lobby in this hotel there's nothing positive(

Paper cups for hot drinks (and not only) drinks in the room for 5 stars.... Well, don't be ridiculous. Check-in took 15 minutes with an empty reception and a half-empty hotel. We were alone at the time of check-in with pre-armor. There is no information about the spa. Even towels are not provided at the spa. There was no desire to return to the room. In the area with baths, there is no drinking water at all. Beautiful construction site from the window.

It's not a Dedeman-quality business. We stayed in a room with a terrace view in a leaky bathroom with a simple breakfast. The hotel is outside the city and has no visual view. The pricing is kept according to these features.

The physical conditions and cleanliness are very good. The heating system in the rooms was not activated. When we asked, we were told that it would be commissioned in November. Why wait for November when it's 4 degrees outside? They had a coke for breakfast. It's kind of like a lot, but it's a weak breakfast.

The classic m-ca hotel for Turks. The breakfast is modest. There is a large outdoor pool and a huge indoor one, excellent fitness, but they sell season tickets for visitors from the street. We couldn't get to the restaurant for dinner - there were no places, we had to make an appointment in advance. There is no food anywhere in the area, we remained hungry.
