So, today, in the summer heat of 2026, my favorite place on Kotelnikova Street, with a beautiful view of Komsomol Park, greeted me with a gorgeous okroshka with salmon, steak, and a golden Kapitain Morgan and a Coke in glass with small carbonated bubbles. For fans of the Italian appetizer wine list, the De Fleure restaurant employs one of the few certified and experienced sommeliers. So far, we have three professionals of this level and experience in the entire city of Lugansk. Thank you very much to the restaurant's administration and staff for bringing a piece of peaceful life to our souls through all the difficult years since 2014. It's sincere, believe me. You always have everything very tasty, beautiful, and with a reasonable check for such a level of establishment and cuisine.

I visited the cafe De Fleur and was absolutely delighted! A cheese plate is just a feast of taste: The cheeses are perfectly matched, it feels like they were carefully prepared. Handmade desserts conquered from the first bite — incredibly tender, moderately sweet, with interesting flavor combinations. I would like to mention the atmosphere separately: cozy, but not overloaded with details, conducive to leisurely conversations and enjoying every moment. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony — the view of the park creates a sense of privacy, as if you had temporarily dropped out of the hustle and bustle of the city. I will definitely come back here again and will be happy to recommend it to my friends! 😊

I am pleased with the seasonal facade decorations, seasonal menus, everything is wonderful from the street, I am saddened by the lack of a loyalty program for regular customers, the coffee is excellent, the baristas / bartenders are great, there are no questions, the presentation and appearance of the dishes are acceptable, but the taste needs to be improved at least to work on pasta, remove these flowers from everywhere, it is better to draw sauce on plates. There is a prospect, but we need to work on many things, freshen up the repairs, remove the flickering and annoying garlands, remove the stuffy curtains, let the daylight come in more, we need to seriously work on maintenance and lower prices.
