We were there on the night of 07/25. I read the previous comments and I honestly do not understand the negativity of this place and consider the assessment unfair. It was my first time in a casino and I was satisfied with the game. I realized that at the check-in desk, the dealers at the tables, and the waitress were sympathetic to the fact that we were newbies and dumb, communicated courteously, explained the rules, helped, and even laughed at the game together at the table. In general, haters suck. It was nice to come here to relax and lose some money.

The roulette staff looks tired, doesn't explain the conditions, and doesn't even try to create an atmosphere of fun. As a result, all the guests are sitting with a face as if they came to be shot, you will not find a smile on anyone's face here. We went to the bar to get drinks for ourselves, the waitresses don't take orders (The girls look tired and not friendly (No one is smiling. Sadness and longing.. A great casino and just a place to relax, located in the center of Minsk! The casino is located in the five-star Crowne Plaza Hotel. Also in this complex there is the NEXT Nightclub and a wonderful SPA with a swimming pool and gym. The whole complex has a wonderful service! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful time!!!
