There are 3 computers in the computer club, it smells like cigarettes (the administrator smokes cigarettes right in the room). We decided to go play CS for an hour, but the Internet was so slow that after 15 minutes of waiting for the update to download, we decided to refund the money and leave. The administrator refused to make a refund, then talked to the owner and said they could only refund half. It's a shame.
