We accidentally left our passport and money in the room (oops!), and they were quick to call us and make sure everything was safely returned. This is the best hotel in Borjomi. it has a very good location and you can use a card from the hotel to go to the park for free. However, the hotel is already 10 years old and it shows. If there are no questions about the lobby and restaurants, they are very good in both cuisine and service, then the rooms and the spa area are already tired. Everything is clean, but the chips are already visible, something is working worse, something is not working at all. The service is at a high level, everyone is friendly and ready to help. The breakfasts are very good and varied. The beds are comfortable, they are either regularly updated, or they are stable, but definitely not tired.

It's wonderful to wake up, open the blackout curtains and go out onto the balcony with a cup of tea. And then go down to the hotel restaurant and order breakfast. And then you can go to the pool. Breakfast at the hotel is generally a separate story!!! The service is at zero!!! They asked for pancakes, but they brought pancakes. We stopped at the hotel on 11/24/2024 The staff is as friendly as possible, the girl at the reception immediately met her, speaks excellent Russian. They offered to carry the bags, I culturally refused. The room is clean and pleasant. Perhaps part of the room is "tired", like the skin on the bed. But I don't pay attention to such little things. A separate pleasant detail is that there is a small bonus in the basket in the form of water, tea and so on. The spa area is magnificent: 2 saunas, a swimming pool, a hammam, water beds with warm water inside. In another part, you can get a massage for a fee. A towel is provided at the entrance. The territory of the park is well-groomed, everything was illuminated in the evening. Borjomi Park is nearby with a warm and cold source of this water. The park itself is tired, but the local guides are real Soviet intellectuals. The cable car costs GEL 15 in 1 direction. I really liked everything. I gave it for 10,000 rubles per night.

The best service in Georgia that we have ever seen. 1. The rooms are spacious and clean. 2. Cool thermal baths. The room rate includes access to the pool. Which is shallow (up to 1.4 meters deep) and too small (if ~ 8-10 people enter it, it becomes cramped). 4 types of saunas are also included. And a relaxation room with water mattresses. 3. Additional services at the hotel cost some cosmic money (by local standards). There is a bathroom from Borjomi for 190 GEL - 30 minutes. And massage, too, is not cheap. We refused. 4. We took breakfast and didn't regret it. They're gorgeous here. The selection is large and everything is delicious. Although, dessert suggestions can still be worked on. 5. Upon check-in, we were told that 1 bottle of water from the refrigerator is free. And when leaving, they charged GEL 8 for it. 6. The entrance to Borjomi Park is free for hotel guests. Be sure to go, take the funicular up, take a walk through the forest, and go back down by walking. It took us 4 hours to visit the park, but it was unforgettable) There is a cafe right next to the funicular with a gorgeous view and very nice and friendly staff. The apple pie was amazing)

The furniture is old, the price tag is above average Well, who believes it feels - the general energy in the room is not very good, they could not sleep for a long time all the days. Excellent service, helped with the luggage, the room was extended. The breakfast is varied. The spa area is good. I recommend it and would still come back. The only thing that's not great is the restaurant menu. The names of the dishes themselves. The sausage was full of guts, it smelled right, no one warned. I couldn't even eat. Chicken in milk with broccoli is also such a mediocre dish. The assorted dishes were fine. Vegetable salad, tomatoes are not very good. It takes 50 minutes to walk to the sulfur baths, take bathrobes and slippers with you, the water pours 32 degrees as they say, but in general it's cool in the pool, we were able to stay for 10 minutes.

I'm lowering the rating for the restaurant. Besides, the breakfast was delicious, thank you. But the restaurant for lunch or dinner does not pull the level. It doesn't taste good. The hotel is generally the best in Borjomi. There's nothing better out there. The SPA is great, the water in the pool is cool. My room was a little shabby. A car arrived in the morning, began loading tubs of trees and smelling of exhaust fumes., They forgot to congratulate the namesake on his birthday. But we liked it anyway. 🤣

The hotel itself is pretty. It was 06/09/2025. The restaurant's menu is small. Overall, the food is 3 points plus. The lamb kebab was not just salty, but it felt like eating a lump of salt. When asked by the cook if everything was fine, the cook replied that this dish was served that way and that was fine :))

The chief administrator suggested that we first go to the room, put our things out, and only then register-this was very useful, because of course we were tired from the road. A bottle of red wine with a personal letter was waiting for us in the room - a gift from the hotel. The view from the windows of the room overlooked the swirling river and picturesque green areas. The three of us were on vacation with a small child. I liked the room service, the receptionist always asked if we liked everything when we met. The restaurant is great! Very tasty dishes and a beautiful presentation. Delicious breakfasts, especially khachapuri with cheese. Very nice view on the veranda. In Borjomi Park, we took a free swim in the springs and drank water. Excellent hotel, we recommend it.
