This is the bottom! We came to Almaty for work, hungry, and placed an order. They brought a plate with the appliances first, and a hair under the appliances. I made a remark, they change the plate and in front of me they take the dishes with dirty hands and put them in a new pocket just. I make a second remark, I ask you to replace the devices. They bring soup, and in it... hair!! The admins are blinking, no apologies, nothing. They mockingly bring the rest of the order, I didn't even look at it, I'm sure there's hair there!
