I had a rest with my colleagues in this wonderful place for 2 days, and there are enough impressions and pictures for a long time! The cozy environment, surrounded by greenery and a variety of animals, created an atmosphere of complete privacy and tranquility. The spacious lobby was the perfect place for our evening game of "Sincerity", and the clean and comfortable rooms with panoramic windows offering magnificent views of the mountains added comfort. I would especially like to mention the delicious and varied breakfasts, as well as the high quality of the cuisine in general! There are many leisure facilities on site, including a basketball court, swings and spacious walking areas. We also visited a local school with an excursion program, which was an interesting addition to our vacation. We stayed at this hotel recently — the impressions are mixed. First of all, about the advantages: the place is really picturesque, the hotel is perfectly integrated into the natural landscape, which creates a sense of privacy and comfort. Everything is clean inside, it is clear that the building is new or recently renovated. The staff is friendly and speaks several languages, which is convenient for foreign guests. However, there were moments that left an unpleasant aftertaste. With low occupancy, we were still placed too close to other guests, and the exit to the common lawn turned out to be right next to the neighbors — there was not enough privacy. Breakfast buffet: simple scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, as toppings — sliced cheese and sausage. There were also fruits and desserts. Overall, by 4-. It seems that the emphasis is more on appearance than on the quality of food. The room, despite its attractive industrial-style design (a loft with a conceptual presentation, as in the photo on the Internet), had flaws: stains on the wall, lack of closers on some cabinets, there was no comb. The price per night — 44,000 AMD — is considered too high, taking into account all the listed disadvantages. The hotel has potential, but there is still a feeling that it has not been fully realized.

A very unusual hotel for Armenia - stylish, thoughtful, modern. Although it is in the middle of the mountains, far from civilization, it is very conveniently located between the airports of Yerevan, Tbilisi and Gyumri. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling walls and every morning you wake up and do not believe that the picture outside the window is real: mountains, forests, cows and horses walk back and forth in the distance. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Delicious simple cuisine, good Internet, lots of spaces for work, meetings, screenings - if you need a place for a business event, then this is probably the best option in Armenia. The staff is very friendly, always trying to help. There is not much entertainment around, but if you need to work in a calm environment (we held an event for a week and it was perfect, very convenient and there was not much to distract yourself) or just disconnect from everything, climbing the mountains, walking in the mountains, reading a book in silence, sitting around a campfire at night - then a few days too That's great.

Good Wi-Fi, a normal breakfast and local cuisine. Overall a good place of American quality. It's civilized. You can charge an electric car at the tourist center. Each room has an exit to the street. Of the minuses, there are problems with taxis, but the staff helps, and by the way, and surprisingly, taxi prices from the staff are citywide. I also did not like the presence of an incredible fireplace, but which was not set on fire! When not to burn it in winter and in the cold. And, it would be possible to add candles to the interior.

They say it should be over by summer In our room, there was a curtain between the toilet and the bathroom, not a door! Moreover, the entrance to the toilet / shower is from the side of the headboard. So the smells and sounds come immediately *in the process*. The sound insulation is disgusting. In a room with a closed (!) Through the door, you can hear people eating and talking in the hall. And when a plug is plugged into an outlet in the next room, it feels like it's being done to your head.

You live like in a bunker, the walls are concrete, bare and reflecting sound like a drum.
