A good bus transportation company. I was in Georgia last June and we used the services of this company when we wanted to travel from Tbilisi to Batumi by bus, but we didn't know which company to choose. The choice fell on Citybus. And so, on June 17, I went to Batumi by bus of this company. The buses are clean, well maintained, everything you need is there. The driver drove carefully. Everything went just fine! When we were driving back to Tbilisi, everything was wonderful too! I liked. I recommend Citybus!

On April 1 of this year, my friends and I (there were a whole group of 9 of us) were traveling to Batumi from Tbilisi by Citybus carrier. The road is quite long, but the move seemed very fast to us, and very pleasant because the guys - employees of the company, the driver Gaga and the conductor Mzia created super conditions! Very friendly atmosphere. Hot tea/coffee with croissants twice during the journey! Stop for half an hour to rest and reboot! I recommend Citybus as a great company! Next time we're going only with you, dear Gaga and Mzia.

I highly do not recommend this carrier. It's our first time. We arrived early and asked about the flight to Kutaisi. We were offered a flight by their carrier, which was in 2 hours, but they could humanly say that if you turn to the next door, you can leave earlier. We spent 2 hours waiting for our flight, the bus was packed, we got seats, unfortunately, the last ones. And there's a muzzle not just from above, but from everywhere, so that after sitting a little bit, you don't feel very good. We didn't even start the flight, the baby was sneezing. I'm afraid to imagine what the trip would have turned out to be during this time. We asked the driver for help with the package. An employee joined in and caused a very emotional conflict. We did not refuse the flight, but he forcibly dropped us off, Waved his hands and said that we were problematic, we would hesitate, get lost. The money was immediately refunded. The most interesting thing is that they didn't talk about their neighboring carriers until recently. They offered to go to another train station to take a flight at 18:00 by their carrier. They're funny. As it turns out, there are a lot of different carriers here, pay attention to each window and be interested. Bottom line: We were dropped off with a fierce negative, we turned to another company and left an hour later. Comfortable and without negativity. Now imagine how they would treat you if something happened during the trip. I don't recommend it. Those negative reviews are true. By the way, your luggage will not be identified in any way. Other companies stick stickers with the number so that they can only give you your luggage later.

The service is not bad. On the way, tea, coffee, croissants are optional. But there is a nuance, without which a trip can negatively affect your health. The staff sets the air conditioner to 20-21 degrees and the cold air in the first 3-4 rows blows into the neck so that it will be really cold in a T-shirt or shirt, and inflammation will be guaranteed for the frostbites. The staff responds to a request to remove the cold for the third time and not for a long time. After a while, the blow blows into the neck again, as before. Our trip fell on a rainy day, and the windshield, which was 80% fogged up due to the lack of a warm airflow, did not confuse the driver (he is a pro, I do not dispute). In general, you can drive, but with caution.

Well, it's time to tell about this IMBA. We used the services of this carrier to go to Kobuleti, but I would travel with them everywhere, all over Georgia! Why? The time on the road flies by unnoticed, thanks to the incredible comfort. The air conditioner gently blows over the body heated by the sun of the country of Kartli, they treat you to drinks - lemonade or tea with coffee to choose from. 5.5 hours passed like a snap, the panoramic view from the windows is something! It's no worse than a high-speed train ride. They make a stop at a decent roadside cafe. One of the disadvantages is that there is no toilet in the bus itself, but it is quite bearable! Prices are more than reasonable by our Slavic standards. Personal advice: if you don't have a card and you can get tickets online, buy them immediately on the round-trip route, because there are ticket offices not everywhere. We had to go to Batumi from Kobuleti specifically to buy tickets back. 🙃

The attitude towards customers is good, friendly staff, they know Russian, which is important for our tourist.Yesterday we bought tickets to Batumi, they gave us a discount on the return flight and helped us to calculate the departure time correctly. That's great! In addition, Citibus has an excellent waiting room on the second floor of the station. Everything is very comfortable and beautiful.

Excellent buses and friendly staff, stopped once in front of the hotel. From what pleasantly surprised me, they offered drinks with a snack twice per trip, I had never seen this before. It was strange to leave the backpack in the luggage compartment, because the employee asked and said that they had such rules, we checked and yes, it really is in the company policy. Overall, everything is great, so no problem.

I traveled with CityBus 2 times. The first time, everything was excellent: they called us to find out if we were on time for boarding; they met us well upon boarding; the team (the conductor and the driver) were friendly and welcoming. The experience was less pleasant the second time. On the way, the driver suddenly turned to my friend and me and asked, "Is there a problem?" even though we weren't even looking at him. Then the driver and the conductor were talking loudly. When my friend and I (who were sitting in the 1st row) started talking louder to hear each other, the conductor asked us to be quiet. On the second trip, the driver was also extremely emotional, at one point throwing garbage out the window. It wasn't very pleasant. On both trips, the seats were comfortable, the bus was clean, drinks were offered, and 1 sanitary stop was made. On average, I rate the service at 4. If the team had been more friendly the second time, it could have been one of the best bus travel experiences.

Aggressive behavior of an employee, we were dropped off on the way to Batumi On June 16, 2025, my husband and I were traveling on a CityBus Georgia daytime flight en route from Tbilisi to Batumi. The trip turned into serious stress: — An employee of the company overheard our private conversation, which did not concern him, and behaved extremely aggressively. — Instead of trying to resolve the situation peacefully, he caused a scandal and tried to provoke a fight. — We were dropped off in the middle of the route, in the afternoon, at a bus stop, without explanation or further support. — We had to look for another transport and re-pay the way to Batumi. — On the same day, June 16, we submitted a request to the support service asking for a refund for the failed part of the trip. We were promised a response within 10 business days. It has been more than 2 months now, and there is no response. Additionally: — The boarding scheme on the website does not match the actual seats on the bus. — The behavior of employees calls into question their competence and level of service. — Judging by other reviews, such cases are no exception. If you plan to use the services of this company, be prepared for harsh treatment and lack of feedback. We are still waiting.: 1. An official response to our request. 2. Refund of funds for an undelivered service. 3. Internal proceedings on the conduct of an employee who put us at risk.

Russian Russian was the first time I encountered nationalism when buying a ticket , I talked to an employee in Russian , he said he didn 't understand , I explained it to him in English , and in the end he said I was drunk , in Russian , and he didn 't sell the ticket ! Ps I was sober, after 16 hours of flights! We learned that we need to buy a ticket with a separate seat for a child of 1.5 g when boarding the bus. We did not receive a clear explanation of why the baby needs a separate place if he is riding in his mother's arms. The response from the female cashier was: "such a system! If someone does not come and there is an empty seat somewhere on the bus, then you will get on the flight." (that is, my husband and I cannot go with tickets if there are no empty seats!) I'll tell you about the site separately. To specify a child, you need to go to the baggage and animals section. That's the attitude towards people. Draw your own conclusions.
