The reception staff does not speak Russian. The room is tiny. The Internet is weak, sometimes there is no Internet at all. The overhead light didn't work. Only the wall lamp worked. Breakfast: a choice of food and drink from five options. My room was not on the list (breakfast was paid for when paying for the room). It was suggested to go to the reception and deal with this error yourself. Overall, the impression of the hotel is rather bad. The location of the hotel is good: 10 minutes on foot from the passenger terminal and 10 minutes on foot to the old town. The price and quality do not meet expectations. There is a construction site around the hotel. It is difficult to approach from the port, especially at night. I do not recommend the hotel.
