Navat is a local network which became international, you can meet them in Moscow and Dubai. Staff is helpful and good trained, but you have to note the color of T-shirts if it green that means new one and under training. Kitchen is local so for getting good experience of traditional food, it’s one of the best places In Bishkek. I’v been here for 3 days and ordered many dishes and all of them are great. Portions are big for non Kyrgyzian people so fir 2 persons difficult to finish mor than 3 dishes. Evening there is a live music with national dance which introduces by the staff. Prices are average.

The waitress we got was very unfriendly. Rude. Her name was Tashuma or something like that. The food isn’t good. The portions are not what is stated on the menu. You have to pay an extra 15% for the service (despite it being bad).

It's nice to sit outside in the evening until neighboring companies start yelling and calling all relatives via video link :) another disadvantage of being outside is that people walk past you every second (often to smoke). I came here on a recommendation. It's delicious here, but I give it two stars.: 1. Despite the fact that there is a button to call the waiter, they will not come to you, even if you press it several times. 2. Very long feed. Even though I was alone and the restaurant wasn't full. 3. I was served a dish with which it is recommended to order ice cream on the menu, and I asked the girl to bring it, since it says that it tastes better this way. The dish has cooled down, 20 minutes have passed. No one responded to the button. I caught the waiter clearing the next table and asked for the bill: she said she didn't have to carry the ice cream anymore. 3. I also waited 20 minutes for the bill, repeatedly pressing the button. During this time, an intrusive stranger sat down next to me and started a conversation, although I did not allow him to sit down. I pressed the button a few more times, but no one came. Since I hadn't paid the bill, I couldn't even escape. As a result, I went inside the establishment and said that, apparently, I don't have to pay, since no one wants to pay my bill. It arrived a minute later. It took me more than two hours to eat chuchvara soup, drink tea and pick at the cold dessert! The service shouldn't be like that. I felt unsafe in this place.
