I liked the attitude of the staff, they don't give a damn about those who come to them. A trivial example. I gave the watch for maintenance, they tell me, they say, so and so, the bearing needs to be replaced. I agreed, the watch was sent to the head office, and the waiting began.... A week later, they called from the head office, told them all the details about the watch and that everything was fine with the bearing, there was no need to change it and it was too early to service them. But you could have said nothing, and cleaning the mechanism is 480 rubles, just for a second. In general, I was satisfied.

The master specified which battery to install in China or Import, of course, import is better, but the price was 15-20 rubles, but for a long time)) I agreed to Import, but in my mind I thought, how will I really know? in general, I paid and left. My battery has been working for less than a year and the watch has become. I contacted the watch repair shop. They also asked me where I put the last battery. What's the problem? I clarified, and they told me that the battery was leaking because it wasn't high-quality. In general, the disappointment is complete. The master advised me to continue to service high-quality items in workshops for their intended purpose, but not where keys are made and batteries are replaced. Experience has taught me and I advise others.
