The hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable, 5+ clean, daily room cleaning. The staff is polite and attentive. Many thanks to the hotel administrators. They will always come to the rescue, even if there is a problem with the exchange of funds. We waited, but we didn't get kicked out. In general, we spent three wonderful days at this hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the central street - Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue. Another advantage is that there is a private restaurant downstairs with excellent cuisine and pleasant prices.

I spent a week on a business trip. I'm describing it from the perspective of a visitor from Russia)) Advantages: - convenient location, secure Parking, quiet under the Windows. - loyal conditions for business travelers. If desired, there are buffet breakfasts and dinners. - the rooms have everything you need - shampoo, soap, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, tea set, bottle of water, etc. Dental kit and slippers are provided at the reception upon request. Daily room cleaning. - the plumbing is alive, there were no problems with the water. - there is WiFi throughout the property. A VTB branch is nearby, where you can immediately withdraw money from a Russian card, and shops are also relatively close. Beeline and tele2 offices are a 10-minute walk away. - the staff is adequate, trying to help. - free and prompt laundry - helped a lot. On the downside: - not everything listed in the menu is available. - I've seen cockroaches a couple of times Overall, I had a pleasant experience. On a second trip to Uralsk, I will stop here.

I visit Uralsk for work and always stay at the Chagall Hotel. I really like it — it's clean, cozy, and has a large green area. There is a good restaurant and a summer playground, there is a gym. The staff is polite, the rooms are new and comfortable. There is a favorable weekend rate. For me, this is the best hotel in Uralsk.

It's a hotelier, the price tag is expensive for Uralsk, of course, given that you can rent a room there for about 1.5 rubles per day, one of the advantages is registration on paper, one of the disadvantages is audibility. What I liked was the hotel in the center, parking is available, the staff is good, the doors are always open, there is breakfast, there is an inexpensive coffee machine, clean, there is Wi-Fi. But still, it's a pity there are no single rooms a little cheaper. In general, you can add 3+ stars.

Solid 3ka. The reception is 24/7, the staff is polite. The location is convenient, in the city center, but also far from the main noisy streets. The rooms are clean, but the sound insulation is weak, sometimes you can hear how the neighbors' floors are fastened or how they slam doors. The bed is always clean - it's great. Breakfast is normal, but dinner is weak, the kitchen works a little weird, but this is not a problem because there are enough cafes and restaurants in the area.

Nice hotel, fresh rooms. We took a family suite with two rooms, and breakfast was included. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The girls at the reception are polite and ready to help. I removed one star, because despite the fact that we booked a room for three adults, we straightened the sofa and brought an additional set of linen and towels only after repeated requests.

The largest hotel in the city. There are always places. It is located in the historical center of the city, inside a residential area away from busy streets. A good gym (the only hotel in the city with a full-fledged gym). The audibility in the rooms is exorbitant, in the apartments it is better. There is nothing in the rooms that would make your stay comfortable: drinking water, slippers, tea/coffee, bathrobe, etc. The restaurant closes at 22.30 and after that there is no opportunity to eat or drink anything. The sound insulation is weak, you can hear the neighbor snoring and using the bathroom.

The hotel seems to be nice, but the noise in it is as if the walls and floor are separated by just a sheet of drywall. You can just hear everything, even the speech between people. If you live on the ground floor, and someone else lives on the second floor above you, then believe me, you will not fall asleep if they do not fall asleep there, on top. You will hear in which corner of the room a person is walking, you can count the number of steps (7 pieces). Well, at least the neighbors weren't snoring yet. I will never, ever move in there again. I wrote it as it is, without any frills or emotions.

A great hotel for your money. The food is delicious in the restaurant. Friendly, polite and professional staff (which you don't often find in towns like Uralsk)). But there is one THING! Don't settle on the ground floor. The floors and ceilings are wooden, and any footsteps from above can be heard as if they were nearby. Everything is fine on the second floor. They say that there is a new building, but it only has studios (prices start from about 50,000 TENGE without breakfast, which seems like a lot for Uralsk). But in general, it's a place that you really want to return to.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once, the hotel looks cheap, but the prices are cosmic for this level of the city, the noise level is strong, everything is audible, the cafe is open until 21:00, it seems that the prices there are also cosmic, slippers and personal hygiene products must be begged and not by default as in other hotels, I do not recommend for a personal vacation! The hotel is more like a sanatorium, for breakfast you need to walk across the street from building to building, but at the same time the presence of tall trees reduces the noise from the city. Upon check-in, they said that breakfast was included in the room rate, at breakfast it turned out that an additional breakfast was required. Breakfast is a buffet, the staff consists of 1 person, if the guests came for breakfast in a group, then the next guest is waiting for the food distribution to be replenished. Upon arrival, one of the colleagues had only emergency lighting, they did not decide to fix this problem without the presence of a volunteer, they had to wait and be present. When leaving, they made accounting documents for a long time. Maybe you'll have better luck. There is a guarded parking lot. Rooms for 4/5.
