I came with a huge backpack for 100+ liters, the transportation was very expensive, but thanks to the employee Shushana for her professionalism, she quickly optimized everything, put everything in two boxes, which reduced the price of transportation by 2 times. Thank you so much for such excellent service!

Nice office, clean and tidy room. The staff is friendly and patient. During my visit, a courier came in with a dissatisfied customer on the wire - the order turned out to have the wrong address. The manager calmly explained why it happened, felt for the client and completely extinguished the conflict. I am always annoyed by such conflicts, and I really appreciated how calmly the situation was resolved.

We arrived to send a box of up to 30 kg, we counted 230 thousand drams. We took the same box to another branch of the SDEC, where 103,000 drams were released. Strange. It's like the same program, but the price is twice as different.
