Nice and cozy hotel. Location is fantastic, just few minutes walking to Republic Square. Good breakfast. To me it was like small family hotel with very hostile personnel. Rooms were not too big, but neat and clean.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of May 2026. The room is excellent, bright, with a view of the courtyard to the ministries. The Noah factory was visible from the window. The room has everything: refrigerator, safe, slippers, towels, hairdryer, soap accessories, brushes, pastes. If something has run out of soap accessories, then new ones are added. Cleaning is daily. If you need to iron things, you can find an ironing board and an iron freely available on the floor. Bottled water was also replenished daily. The food was a buffet breakfast, very decent, they gave yoghurts, cheeses, sausage, ham, cheeses, omelets, egg glaze, and hard-boiled egg, sausages, croutons with egg, as well as buckwheat, rice, potatoes, cutlets, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, fresh herbs. There were also carrot and beetroot salads. Very tasty sponge cakes. There are two types of compote from drinks. Delicious coffee and tea. There were also breakfast cereals. The hotel is located in the very center, so Republic Square is a 5-minute walk away, and the Opera House is a 15-20-minute walk away. Not far from the hotel there is a park with stunning fountains that sparkle with different colors at night. The hotel staff is very friendly, the girls were always smiling. We are very glad that we spent time at this hotel. I recommend. 👍

At the end of July, we checked into this hotel and were completely satisfied with our stay. Starting from the booking stage, the hotel administrators kept in touch with us, who behaved very politely and helped us resolve any issues. On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed, which raised concerns about the possibility of late check-in. We promptly notified the administration of the delay and the possibility of arriving at a later time. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a nice receptionist who checked us in. A buffet with a varied and very tasty assortment was provided for breakfast. There were fresh and delicious fruits and varied food every day. Special thanks go to an employee named Narine for keeping the food area clean. The hotel is new and well maintained, located very close to the city center (5 minutes slow walk). The room was cleaned daily. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We plan to return to this hotel on our next trip to Yerevan, as the atmosphere of the establishment encourages a second rest, creating a feeling of comfort comparable to staying in your own home! 🩷

We were in Yerevan in the middle of June. We found a couple of days cool, we had to put something on, and then it was hot, it was hard to walk around the city in the heat, it's better to go on excursions outside the city. We arrived very early - we settled down on a sofa at a table on the ground floor, where breakfasts are held and waited for the shops to open. Luggage can be safely left at the hotel, as well as at check-out (evening flight). The entrance to the hotel is clearly visible, but at the entrance there is a slight stupor at first, I entered the hotel or cafe)), because the entrance immediately leads to a small cozy hall where breakfast is served and a mini-reception to the right of the entrance. Friendly staff, always helpful and helpful. The entrance to the rooms is an elevator from the end of the building, and you can climb the stairs from the cafe to the 2nd floor and go to the elevator. The room was on the 6th floor under the roof, Windows facing the courtyard, quiet and peaceful. The air conditioner was working well. The mattresses are good, undiluted, cleaned well, 2 bottles of water were put on every day. The only thing that bothered me was the shower, which was leaking from under the door, and I had to wipe this puddle with a towel. In general, I liked the hotel, for an acceptable price and most importantly in the very center of the city. Moments unrelated to the hotel: we bought inexpensive 2 local SIM cards for 2 weeks, unlimited Internet and a few minutes, I don't remember how many. MTS -connected Internet service abroad did not work, and the support phone "abroad" did not work either. Yandex taxi works the same way as in Russia. You can pay with the Mir card, but not everywhere, first check with the local currency (AMD), the dollar is not in use. As a side dish, we really liked the local delicious almonds in cherries and cherries.

I recently returned from the Cartez Hotel in the heart of Armenia — and it was a real dream vacation! The hotel is ideally located close to the cozy streets of Yerevan, so you can easily walk and discover local cafes and attractions. The rooms are clean and modern. The bed is super comfortable, we slept like babies! Breakfast was varied every day: fresh fruits, Armenian cheeses, pastries and even homemade jams — everything was delicious and hearty. This is the first time I've seen this, even though I travel a lot. I arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight and I had to run around looking for a change in an incredibly tired state. - I was surprised that the blanket was not tucked into the duvet cover and generally put away in the closet. I was hoping to go in and finally collapse to sleep, and the fact that I also have to put on a duvet cover, which no one likes to do at home after getting enough sleep, led me to despair and I eventually went to sleep under this duvet cover and froze at night. - and I was cold because in room 14 it blows very much from under the table from the window. When I was sitting there working, I had to put a blanket on my knees. - in the morning, when cleaning, breakfast and garbage collection begin outside the window, it is absolutely impossible to sleep on the 1st floor. Apart from the fact that it was all loud and everything was close, I lived in room 14 and when cleaning at 15, the cleaning staff were actually standing right under my door and it felt like the women were laughing and talking right in front of me, and the men were right in front of me from the window. It's like I'm sleeping in the middle of the street) So I haven't been sleeping soundly since 7 or 8 a.m. The first floor needs to be given earplugs along with toilet paper and towels. Thanks for the reception! I am ready to come again, but I will still ask for a room on at least the 3rd floor at the payment stage)

The hotel is located on the side (part) an apartment building, the elevator goes straight down to the street))) So: 1) The rooms are good. Someone wrote about mold and so on, but I didn't find it. The mattress is not dead, the furniture is normal. The TV was working. We had a family room - the child was sleeping in his room on the 2nd floor. The children's room is cool. I was a little worried that the child would fall out of bed, but in general it is normal. Although, I would add a side. That's something for the owners to think about. We lived at -14 in the weather (January) and it was warm for everyone. but! The window in the children's room is blowing slightly. Either change the rubber bands, or the double-glazed unit itself. This is again more information for the hotel owners. I repeat, it was warm at -14, the little child did not freeze. 2) The location is fire. Republic Square is actually at the exit from the courtyard. The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is nearby. And very quiet. Even NG was quiet. The metro and central attractions are easily accessible on foot. We didn't take a taxi at all. There is a supermarket (like even a 24-hour supermarket) in the same building. 3) Breakfast is normal. And there was porridge, and sliced eggs, and so on. We ate quietly with the whole family in the morning and went for a walk. 4) Cleaning is normal, everything is clean. Towels were changed, water was given out. 5) The staff is pleasant. In general, the atmosphere is "homely". Cozy, soft, warm. In the summary, I directly recommend it. I liked everything. Nice hotel, it was November 25th. The staff is responsive and friendly, respect for that. Of the advantages: 1) The location is in the backyard of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, it's fun to see diplomats from your room window in the morning) It's a 5-minute walk to Revolution Square and a 10-minute walk to the Cascade. 2) Modern interior. And I also had a small kitchen right in the room, with everything from cups and forks to a frying pan and a microwave. But this is not the case in all rooms, maybe you were just lucky when booking. 3) Breakfast is modest, but there is plenty to choose from. Of the cons: 1) The blanket is not tucked in, although it is no longer hot outside. I had to tuck my own blanket into the duvet cover, let me remind you, the hotel has 4 stars, I would like the appropriate service. 2) Hair - in the sink, on the bed (not mine)) 3) A chip on the toothbrush holder, covered with a set of toothbrushes)) When you take it out, you can see the chip, I would like the cup to be changed. In general, I advise you, the location and breakfasts outweigh all the disadvantages.

In reality, the windows were blown through, the carpet was stained, and the walls were a little scratched. We score a solid four due to the excellent location and decent breakfast. Nice administration, but they don't bother too much. A trivial example: there was nothing to prevent the terribly icy entrance to the hotel from being sprinkled with sand. Instead, each time you entered and left the hotel, you had to move almost on all fours.
