I want to file a complaint against your guard who was on shift on 05/21/2023. We went specifically to the store of your network located at 5 Alexander Pushkin Street. We tried to go to the store at 21:50 (the store is open until 22:00), I wanted to buy literally milk and bread and a chocolate bar. The guard did not let me in, said that "it's closed, you can't go in" in a rude voice, although other people were in the store at that time. I explained to him that I needed to go in and buy these goods, to which this inadequate guard closed the door right in front of my face. I wanted to grab the door handle, so he came out and started swearing loudly in front of my family, my child and passersby and wanted to raise his hand at me, but I walked away. I ask the Carrefour network administration to check this employee for compliance of this behavior with his official duties and knowledge in the field of quality policy and customer service, as I believe that it is not acceptable to keep such dangerous people on staff. To hell with it, I'd rather go to Spar, Ori Nabiji or Agrohub.
