The good location of the hotel is the only positive thing. The reception staff is very arrogant. The bed was changed on the 4th day, only after a reminder, uncomfortable beds, monotonous breakfasts, due to the lack of a kitchen, there are no hot breakfasts.They ordered at the last moment and therefore paid the maximum, and the level of the hotel does not correspond at all even to the minimum. Obviously, due to the large influx of tourists, they do not find it necessary to be particularly courteous to customers. I am very, very unhappy.
