At the same time, he was in Moscow after 20 days, but then their intermediary refused to deliver him to the address for more than a week, due to the lack of payment from the company. In the end, the cargo was delivered. It included personal items, dishes and jam in glass jars. Everything that can be broken, they have broken. The carrier does not react to damage to things in any way, and has not even apologized. There is no feedback. I do not advise using their services, it is better to send them the old-fashioned way, by bus. It will also be cheaper
