We would like to thank the entire Penkovsky Bureau team for their great work on our apartment in Novaya Borovaya! We came for a design project, and in the end we entrusted you with the whole path: repairs, equipment and furniture. Now, looking back, we realize that it was one of the best decisions. For a family with two children, repairs are a lot of stress and a constant lack of time. We were worried that we would have to control the construction site, look for solutions and sort out endless issues. But everything turned out to be completely different. All the processes were organized so calmly and clearly that we could only coordinate solutions and observe how the apartment was gradually turning into our future home. It felt like the project was really in safe hands. Special thanks to the whole team. The designer, foreman, builders, furniture specialists – everyone was involved in the process and worked on the overall result to the last touch. Thank you for your professionalism, attentive attitude and support at every stage. Thanks to you, the renovation left behind no fatigue, but only pleasant memories. We will be happy to recommend you to anyone who wants to walk this path calmly and get exactly the house they dreamed of. 🤍

This was my first renovation, and honestly, I was very afraid of the whole process. I thought there would be a lot of stress, endless alterations, arguments with builders and the eternal feeling that everything was going wrong. But everything turned out to be completely different. I chose a company that did everything for me at once: design project, renovation and furnishing. And now I know for sure that this is the best choice for repairs. When one team is responsible for the entire project, life becomes much easier. No one shifts responsibility on each other, everything is connected, everything is logical, everything is under the control of one person who really knows what he is doing. I really liked that the guys not only made repairs, but also helped with the selection of equipment and materials for finishing. And the best part is that they always recommended stores with the lowest prices, without imposition and "partner" stories. For me, as a person who is facing renovation for the first time, it was super important. Another huge plus is video reports. I was sent short videos on almost every stage: what stages of work have been completed, what decisions have been made. I could go about my business and study in peace without coming to the facility every day and not worrying that something was going wrong. The team was incredibly cool. They are young, energetic, attentive, with excellent taste and the ability to explain everything in simple words. They heard my wishes, offered cool solutions, and created a space that I now adore. Now, looking back, I realize that all the horror stories about repairs are not about my experience. Everything went smoothly, beautifully and without chaos. And I am very grateful to the people who made my first renovation so easy.

We would like to thank the Penkovsky Bureau team for their excellent work on the design of our new apartment (58 sq. m.). We needed an urgent project, and despite the very limited time, the bureau took up the task and coped with it just fine! Before that, we had a negative experience with another designer, whom, unfortunately, we had to part with, having lost time and money. That's why we were especially worried about whether it would turn out the way we dreamed this time. And when, after a certain time of work, we saw the finished visualization, I just shed tears of joy. It was exactly what we wanted! Everything fit perfectly into our style and taste the first time, without much edits and attempts to "guess". Separately, I would like to note the professionalism of the team: in the process, one of the specialists fell ill and had to retire for a while, but for us as clients, this transition turned out to be completely unnoticeable. The work continued without the slightest delay, and everything went incredibly smoothly. We got not just a beautiful project, but a space thought out to the smallest detail, in which it will be pleasant and comfortable to live. Style, functionality, comfort – everything is at the highest level! Communication with the bureau was easy and productive, and the result exceeded all expectations. Many thanks to the entire Penkovsky Bureau team for their hard work! It was a great pleasure to get to know each specialist personally: art director Valeria, designer Pavel, architect Anna and, of course, the head of the bureau Ivan Penkovsky. We collaborated with Ivan Penkovsky's team for several months in the apartment of the Levada residential complex, Novovilenskaya str., 35. We turned to the recommendations of friends who appreciated the responsible approach to interior design and renovation work. At all stages of the discussion, any of our ideas were carefully discussed, criticized, and we accepted the designers' suggestions, as we saw their experience in this field. We have repeatedly visited Ivan's office in the center of Minsk, which looks like a workspace for creative people. We drank delicious tea at a round table and communicated productively. The designers with whom we discussed the details are all with excellent taste and tact. The guys started the project, estimates, and then repairs promptly, foremen and craftsmen worked without delay. Ivan and his foreman, leading our order, were in touch from morning until late at night. We sent daily photo and video reports on Viber about the progress of the case. The estimate for the result of the work is broken down, in an understandable form, the amount increased due to objective circumstances - it was decided to carry out more work locally than planned. We note how neatly the order is built on our object. The materials were delivered on time. I can recommend such specialists.
