I couldn't get a CTP policy for a whole month. various errors came out. and every time I was sent somewhere. to the police, the migration officer, the passport office. without a proper explanation of the reasons. The only effective method is to come to the bureau in person. Also to help: extension number 108. otherwise, you will not be able to get through.
