The rooms and the hotel as a whole require major repairs. Now everything is in the style of the early 2010s. And I would draw the management's attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. Even the sheets on the bed are the wrong size for some reason. I also didn't like the fact that there is no privacy on the balconies between the different rooms. Sitting alone and admiring the view of the city while the neighbors drink wine and chat through the bars on their balcony will not work. Well, except to join them) And the staff are all very friendly and nice) thank you!

Nice hotel in the old town with a fairly convenient location. Delicious breakfasts, sociable staff. There is one caveat regarding the cleanliness of the carpet and the overall decoration in the room, but it turned out to quickly arrange relocation. The hotel is generally good, the breakfasts are hearty, there is plenty to choose from, there is a coffee machine. We had a room on the ground floor with a balcony (102). Next to the dining room. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room, but there are not enough outlets, so I had to turn off the cold and the kettle to charge my phones. The hotel itself is located a 7-minute walk to the sulfur baths (the main gathering place for the tour), which is very convenient. Of course, it would be desirable to clean the room better, the garbage is on the floor, the earth on the balcony has been lying all week. The bed and towels were changed every two days. But overall, the impression is positive.

Overall a good hotel. The administrators are friendly. They solve problems and help with lightning speed. Standard room with a balcony. Good. The only negative is the shower room, where there is only a rain shower. Too bad there's no regular faucet with a shower. The breakfasts are good. Just remove the chipped plates. The hotel is on the rise. It's easy to get down. Climbing is not so easy)) Music from the restaurant can be heard until 12 at night.

One of the advantages is the convenient location near the tourist cluster, polite and helpful staff, speak and understand Russian. One of the disadvantages is that the hotel is tired. We lived in a tent on the roof for 3 days. A separate story is the minimum-sized shower stall, also without a door. The ceiling in the room was leaking in a couple of joints in the corners in the rain (it was good that it wasn't above the bed, but it dripped into the sneakers). The cushions and upholstery of the chairs leave much to be desired. But it has a great view of the city.

The hotel seems to be new. But the wallpaper is already stripped. Administrators vary from the smart ones to the not-so-smart ones. An important point. The hotel is positioned as a family hotel. Well, he's never been a family guy. Constant noise from neighbors, at night, in the morning, at 4-5 in the morning. Cleaning. They make the beds. That's all. They don't wash the sinks. Towels are not given out until you ask for them several times. The pillowcases are all torn. Breakfast items. Greasy, monotonous, inedible. When cooking, it smells like fried eggs from the oven. Ventilation. We were in the offseason (end of March). Hot. The vent works only for heat, eventually turned off. I don't recommend it. The hotel on neighboring Grishashvili, despite the older rooms, cold floors and lack of parking, is nicer.

We lived in this hotel when we were in Tbilisi. The hotel is small, family-type. It is located in the old district. Very clean and cozy. Breakfast is included in the price. The most honest review. It started with the fact that the booked room was occupied and not ready. They started looking for something in the database, called some employees, eventually gave them a room and "moved" the beds, like this is a double bed. According to the photo, everything is very beautiful, in fact it has already been scuffed. The wallpaper was stripped off in the room, the room was very poorly cleaned, I didn't even really want to get up barefoot on the carpet, since it was already in someone's hair. The bathroom seemed to be cleaned, but not 100%, for example, there was a huge layer of dust on the hair dryer on the wall, it was even scary to use it, so I did not risk it. Towels give off bleach. Upon check-in, the card is given for 1 person only. It is worth coming to breakfast at the beginning, since there is nothing at the end and the staff can no longer stand anything. We had a room with a balcony, and the view is really very beautiful of the city. The hotel positions itself as a "boutique", but there is neither comfort nor adequate service. When checking in, I advise you to first look at the room that you will be given, and then decide whether it is worth it. Good luck to everyone.

Before the Brooch hotel, we lived in another hotel with the same price and breakfast, plus there was a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Room: dirty and shabby, it cannot be rented to guests in this form. You can only walk on the carpet in shoes. I was surprised that the walls were also dirty and stripped in places. The curtain is falling, but no one cares about it. The photos will not convey the terrible smell in the room that comes from the bathroom. It smells of dampness and rotten eggs, even an air conditioner with an open door to the balcony (and there are no insect nets) does not help eliminate the smell. There are traces of dirt in the shower that can't be washed, you can't even go in here without shoes. Staying in such a room should cost much less! I am attaching a photo. Breakfast: the previous hotel had a large selection of main dishes, but only sausages and eggs are offered here. By the way, the eggs have run out by our arrival, for some reason they are not being updated, as is customary in other hotels. It's a pity that I didn't take a picture, because I was very upset, but there was dirt in the lettuce leaves! We did not use the breakfasts at this hotel. You'll leave hungry, and you'll also eat dirt. What is the attitude to the health of your visitors? Comfort: a room for two people was initially given one small blanket, it did not even cover the entire surface of the bed. We asked for one extra blanket, and after a while they gave it to us. Keep in mind that the bed linen is all different. Our blanket did not fit the duvet cover, it rolled down and it was uncomfortable to sleep. I also want to clarify that the blankets are stored in a closet, the bottom shelf of which is missing, they just lie on the floor (photo with a blue carpet). The towels are washed with protruding threads. The sound insulation is poor. You can hear the neighbors upstairs and what is happening in the hallway, especially the opening and closing of doors. We woke up several times at night. Of the advantages, I can only highlight the friendly staff. Do not choose this hotel in any case, it is not worth the money. The general advice is to choose hotels in Georgia from the highest price category if you are used to cleanliness and comfort and what surrounds you is important to you.
