I've been coming here for the umpteenth time, lately I've forgotten how to make burgers. What's not a burger is the sauce on the bun, then the crispy onions all over the package. When there were 2 orders, I saw 6 packages of small fries. Do you give your guests potatoes that last more than 10-15 minutes? Well, the staff is a separate topic. There are 2 girls at the service, waiting for 1 order, I'm waiting to pick up mine. They stand and talk to each other. Like the guest is not a priority already? And they all work like sleepy flies in the middle of the day. I ask the shift managers and the restaurant manager to pay attention to their employees, because I have noticed for the umpteenth time that the service is empty in the absence of orders.

I poured it without foam and exactly according to the mark that you don't get in every such institution, you can immediately see the right attitude to work and customer orientation in every action. Professionalism is felt everywhere, starting from the cleanliness of the floor, from which you can eat, which of course I did after spilling the potatoes, I didn't get poisoned, which means they really clean up, and ending with how well the team works in the kitchen, I waited no more than a couple of minutes for my order, and they gave me the beer right away, so that I wouldn't die of thirst. If it were possible to put 100 glasses of beer, then I would do so, but alas, the maximum here is 5 stars.

But the last time we came, just a couple of days ago, we were shocked. Not only was the wait about 30 minutes, the food was just disgusting! We took two identical combos, as a result, in the second combo, the burger did not contain the vegetables that were declared in the composition. The potatoes are burnt, the filling in the pies is incomprehensible, almost transparent, tasteless. Drinks can only be poured once, they are wildly diluted with water. The staff are rude, they just drop the order when issuing orders and that's it, you figure it out yourself, people, where whose order is. I didn't have time to clarify these points with the staff, but of course, in a good way, I would like to get my money back for poor-quality food. I do not advise anyone to visit this point at the moment.

In order for this institution to grow to 5 stars, the planet must stop. The food is cold, there is no ice, there are no drinks, where there should be pepsi without sugar, there is regular soda, orders are mixed up. We waited for the order for 20 minutes, as a result, the cashier called the wrong order number and he just stood there and lagged behind, even though he was already cold. The filling is incomplete, we forgot to put the burger in. It's complete chaos near the beverage dispenser, everything is sticky and dirty, the trash containers don't seem to be cleaned all day, and the trays are falling off the containers. Burger King has never failed, but today the decision was made for sure, it is in this burger King no more!

I've never eaten potatoes worse in my life: without salt, raw, and bland. It's just awful. Burger: I ate all the sauce in one bite, so much mayonnaise almost came out again; and in the next bites there was no sauce at all, they just blurted it out at one point. Well, the burgers aren't delicious either. We were in a hurry, so we quickly dropped it and ran, but it's dark. There's a lot of trash and dirt in the hall. The efficiency of the two employees was as follows: 90% from the girl, who quickly collected all the orders in a few minutes, 10% from the kitchen and 0% from Vanya. This employee is clearly on vacation at a sanatorium, not at work. He doesn't walk, he hovers above the ground. Calmly, gracefully, very slowly and very stately. The girl couldn't give the delivery because she was waiting for Vanya to finish his march through the hall and bring her that unfortunate glass of Pepsi. And where is the rush at work when 10 orders are hanging in the "getting ready"? Indeed, a female colleague will do all the work, you don't have to worry.
