Extremely disappointing and frankly alarming experience. I ordered a chicken burger and received it with raw chicken inside. This is not a matter of taste or preference — serving undercooked chicken is a serious food safety issue that can expose customers to Salmonella, Campylobacter, and other dangerous pathogens. What is even more concerning is that the burger was assembled, packed, and sent to a customer despite the chicken being visibly undercooked. This indicates a complete failure of quality control in the kitchen. Food establishments have a basic responsibility to ensure that the food they serve is safe to eat. In this case, that responsibility was not met.
