Terrible treatment of players. This is the real face of Blizzard. Not only do they not listen to their players, but they've also blocked access to the game from CIS countries.

Poor quality of service provision. Despite the ban, <url> supports Alliance players by configuring the crosserver so that the maximum number of Alliance players is available at new locations around the clock. Forcing the Horde players to turn off the war mode, thereby losing bonuses. I.e., the character's progress is artificially slowed down. Communication with technical support is a pointless waste of time, as they will answer you only simple questions about quests. 10 years ago, it was bad with technical support on ru of, and now people just get money there. Discrimination based on being in a Horde per person.
