Today (11.06.26) we drove quickly from the other end of Gomel in order to have time to buy our favorite coffee, we arrived at 21.50, to which the girl replied that "I can't make coffee anymore, because it's closed, and when asked what else 10 minutes are left, she replied that it was necessary today)so we went for a walk around the beautiful city without our favorite coffee. Yes, and my wife has negative impressions with this barista, she said that she is always rude and does her job just to get behind. I don't know the name

They came in, no attention to us, they continue to talk, we look at the menu, confectionery, then we order cappuccino. We get a disgusting cold drink diluted with water to the point of indecency. I'm trying to say that the drink is cold, but immediately in an aggressive form I get the answer: "It shouldn't be hot" and sarcastic laughter in our direction and some comments.... I have already seen everything in this life, but this behavior and the quality of the service is the first time! They were just shocked. Absolutely disgusting service.
