It's a big business center located in the small center of Yerevan. This business center is great because it has a variety of businesses inside of it. You can find a bank, a beautiful salon, a coffee shop, a big dining area, on the rooftop you'll find a restaurant and a Café with a stunning view. The location of this facility is truly great because you're walking distance from the Republic Square, hotels, restaurants, different ministries, banks, and many more. This place is a good option if you're looking for an office space for yourself or your office.

The best business center in Yerevan is right in the heart of the city center. Welcoming staff and comfortable conference halls.

As an office space it lacks proper infrastruture. Water on higher floors is too hot and washing hands becomes a problem. Public toilets are dirty sometimes and air conditioning is horrible. Too hot.

Among the advantages: spacious, modern, there is a bank, a dining room, a cafe, a restaurant on the 19th floor, a hairdresser, etc. Of the minuses, I think only Parking

It looks like a good business center. But I can't say for the whole center, I was only in the lobby and the conference room. And the conference room is, of course, a complete mess, except that the TVs are new. The expectations were different.

Cool architecture. The elevator is glass, with a view of the city. And at the top there is a rest with open balconies. Zachot!

A regular Business center. But on the 17th floor there is a good cafe where you can safely hold a business meeting, and no extraneous noise will interfere

There is no sign indicating a ban on entry with a dog, but they were not allowed inside, arguing that there were some viruses. A 2kg dog in my arms, we wanted to get coffee. Circus, there is no prohibition sign. Am I saying that my word is not justified for you?
